Lovingly shouting & LOUDLY proclaiming my favorite holiday… **LJ’s Annual Celebration!!!** 🎉🥳🎉 💫 14 💫. 🎉🥳🎉
Happy Happy BORN DAY sonShine! 👑💙 @lj_randle

From my sweet baby boy to this 6’2, size-17-shoe, big-personality, athletic, drum-playing, acting, courageous young man … watching you grow has been one of my greatest blessings!

You’ve kept me laughing, constantly explaining something 🤗, busy and occasionally testing every ounce of my patience! 😂 But I wouldn’t trade being your momma for anything. 💙💜
Keep shining, keep growing, keep using your gifts & talents! Hoping as a high schooler now you don’t become embarrassed of me shouting, “THAT’S MY BABY!” & Arsenio Hall barking in the stands!!! 😂💙

Happy Birthday, LJ! 🎂👑💙
I love you more than you’ll ever know, sonShine! ☀️

1st day of high school!!!! (WATCH video to the end… he’s such a teen!) 😭

LJ insisted on being at school an hour early to avoid traffic & possibly being late! 🫶🏾🙌🏾 Then made it VERY clear he did not want us sticking around!

Like….sir, I carried you, raised you & have been your biggest cheerleader since Day 1! 👀 😩😂❤️ @lj_randle

And just like that… my little boy is a high school freshman.🥹🎓

Freshman year… LET’S GO! ❤️

Covered in prayer from home and our church family @believechurchla ♥️🎯✨🙌🏾

This morning’s question of the day for LJ:
“What kind of man do you want to be by the time you graduate?”

Working behind the scenes reminds me that greatness is never built alone.

I was blessed to work alongside an incredibly talented team of makeup artists, hairstylists, and barbers for an Herbalife awards celebration honoring individuals who have been recognized on a global stage.

Being surrounded by professionals who are passionate about their craft is always inspiring. Every event is an opportunity to learn, collaborate, and continue raising the standard of excellence.

Grateful for every opportunity, every connection, and every step forward in this journey.

Here’s to celebrating those who continue to make an impact around the world—and to everyone working behind the scenes to help bring those moments to life.

These teens didn’t just make a film... they premiered it at Warner Bros. 🎬✨‼️

@burbankymca provided an incredible experience for @lj_randle & many others!!!

A handful of YMCA centers around Los Angeles participate every summer providing the opportunity for teens to learn & execute every area of making a short film!

So proud of these talented young creators who premiered their films at Warner Bros. Studios
Watching their creativity and confidence shine was so inspiring.

Forever grateful for LJ’s tribe showing up: Cousin @dionnegipson & Uncle @iambobrobinson ♥️✨♥️✨♥️

SAVE this post if you have a teen interested in filmmaking, media, or storytelling! It’s an amazing opportunity! And you definitely can’t beat that free.99 price!!

What’s the funniest or sweetest thing your child has ever said about church or God? ⬇️

I came across this sweet video of 4-year-old LJ @lj_randle talking about church, and it instantly made me smile. It’s amazing how some of our favorite memories are tucked away in old videos, just waiting to remind us how quickly time flies.

(Throwback Thursday clip a day late 😂 ☺️)

Did you celebrate Juneteenth this year? Tell me your favorite moment below! ⬇️✨
🖤❤️💙🤍 Juneteenth 2026

We had a BEAUTIFUL day celebrating culture, community & joy! ✨
The highlight for me? Dancing in what may have been the world’s longest Soul Train line! 💃🏾✨

Seeing former Soul Train dancers and watching generations come together to celebrate was absolutely unforgettable. 🙌🏾 @sandisweets @alfielewis74 ✨👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

We wrapped up the day in Leimert Park, soaking up the amazing energy, music, art & more community. And as a bonus, I met a talented Chicago-born braider/stylist right here in LA! ✨ check her out @epitome.of.jazzy

My heart is full. 🖤❤️💚
