I’ve known Professor @lamonche_kys for a minute!

I believe twelve plus years maybe more, I originally met him when his team came out to cross train with our
Muay Thai team before I owned @straydogsclub

He truly is one of the good ones in the game🔥

Thanks for a great tournament for my guys and it was good to chat with you 🫡

The most important part of kids class? Making learning fun… and the occasional RKO outta nowhere. 😂🤘

“Why are you having little kids jump off the wall?” 👀

Because life doesn’t always give you a perfect landing.

At Rebellion, our Younglings (ages 3–5) aren’t jumping for the sake of jumping—we’re teaching them how to land safely. Front rolls help develop body awareness and teach kids to absorb and redirect force instead of taking it directly into their hands, shoulders, or head.

Will they ever need to roll after a fall from playground equipment? Maybe.

Will they ever get bumped, pushed, trip, or fall while playing? Absolutely.

We’d rather they have the tools to move safely than hope they never need them.

Now… do a few of these future Jedi and ninjas decide to see how high they can launch themselves? 😅 Of course.

The height isn’t the goal, and it’s never required. But we’re not going to crush that adventurous spirit as long as they’re staying under control and rolling safely.

Strong. Confident. Capable. 🤘

Last weekend we brought a team out to Proving Grounds filled with a lot of first time competitors. 95% of the competitors started jiu jitsu with us, and with the gym only 10 months old, this is something we are so proud of. What @brianbbjj and @womenwhorollbjj have created is something special, and this is only the beginning. ❤️‍🔥

Only three points 😎

Huge shoutout to our coaching team for the dedication and sacrifice you guys make helping coach!

The gym is only special because of our members.
