Exactly one month ago we put on our aprons for the last shift of the Roro&Kota Summer 2025 tour. It was a blast sharing the station and shaking up some beautiful drinks. Thank you to all our friends that had the patience to host us and to all guests that showed up and support this events.

7 days, 6 shifts, 6 different fresh fruit cocktail and 600 portions. We tried to show how beautiful it can be to work with fresh fruits and the flavours that we get from them.

a little round up of our trip to croatia & bosnia - such beautiful places and fab food! loved switching it up mid way through our trip - swapping the seafood out for the hearty balkan dishes inland!

1&2 - @sismisrestaurant, maslinica, an incredible spot especially if you’re travelling by boat! serving fresh fish daily - a simple menu with all the summer trimmings - grilled veg, potatoes, swiss chard 🚤
3 - konoba silka, bol - a cute spot right by the water, tried the buzara mussels which is a croatian classic with olive oil, garlic, white wine and parsley
4&5 - boat snackage! 🏊‍♂️
6 - @konoba_bilka, vis - such an incredible prawn risotto 🤤
7 - @vespera_stari_grad
8 - @lampedusabar, stari grad - a fab cocktail spot 🍸
9 - mlinica restaurant blagaj, with a perfect view straight onto water in blagaj and chefs cooking over coal - the sound of the water was just blissful!
10 - @urban.mostar located on the eastern side of the famous old bridge bridge mostar with gorgeous views of the bridge
11 - @restaurantcastellum makarska
12 - food market in makarska, what a view !!
13 - @parasol_split a funky wine bar serving delicious food! courgette, mint, almond risotto with grilled octopus
14&15 - a small fish market in the centre of split, had to visit on our last morning and nabbed some anchovies to take home! 🐟
16&17 - @dujkindvor, split. a no frills, top quality restaurant right by the water in split, recommended to us by our hotel! absolutely delicious truffle pasta & grilled squid! 🦑🧡

A date night cocktail 🍹 and very good it was too before the match…. Shame we didn’t win but Spain deserved it being the best team of the tournament so all good here. This twist on a pina colada with fresh grapefruit was a fabulously good idea as the sun went down over the beautiful Stari Grad harbour.
Thank you @lampedusabar 🧡

Wow it rained tonight, proper rain, not for long but the first time since May. It felt so good standing in the rain, a breeze and then this sunset where the sky was on fire. No filters just Mother Nature putting on a show. Followed by an electric ⚡️ storm in Stari Grad. Magical ❤️🧡💛

Ingredients: plantation rum blend, cacao liqueur, espresso, hazelnut orgeat, vanilla, nutmeg
.
Note: this riff was the best version I've ever tasted. *Chef's kiss*
