POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This is Mount Sinai Worship 🤍🔥🙏🏽

The Lord provided breakthrough, revelation, clarity, peace, and so much more. We were reminded that the Lord is faithful and that He will come through on every promise He has made.

I thank God for pouring out into this space and cultivating a community where we can come together, love one another, and be affirmed in our calling.

The Lord instructed us to host a Bible study on top of Stone Mountain, and through our obedience, He connected 30 souls in agreement. What followed was strengthening, revelation, and breakthrough.

It reminded me that sometimes what we’ve been waiting to receive from the Lord is connected to our willingness to obey, trust Him, and move when He says move.

Obedience opens the door for what God wants to do. 🤍

Everyone in this video has a story, that God turned around only for His glory. Don’t believe the lies, saying you’re unworthy. You don’t have to be perfect, because He’s always transforming. None of us looks like the beginning of our stories. That’s by the grace of God and it’ll never be something counted as odd.

Fear is a professional liar 😂
It’ll have you scared of opportunities you prayed for.

“Fear is the most destructive habit” — Napoleon Hill, Outwitting the Devil

Run the play anyway 💯

Does fear affect your daily life in a negative way?

“Confidence is half the battle. The other half is surviving the warmup.”

We’ve all had that moment in the gym where we aim high and get humbled quick 😅

Whether it’s a jump, a lift, or just showing up — keep going. We’re all in this together.

“This Ain’t Just Calisthenics… This Is Growth.” ⬆️

At 40 years old, I’m moving with the energy, strength, and precision of someone half my age—and that’s not by luck.

This journey didn’t happen overnight. It took discipline, pain, and a different level of mindset. But most importantly, it took real ones in my corner.

Shoutout to @keikrazyfit @tkomolafeofficial @theowisseh @_solestruck @lananniee and my brudda @royal_been1 — warriors who didn’t just train beside me… they pushed me, challenged me, and helped unlock something I didn’t even know I had inside.

This is high-level calisthenics.
This is high-energy, no excuses, all heart.
This is what happens when you surround yourself with greatness and rise to meet it.

To anyone out there thinking it’s too late — I’m living proof it’s never too late to level up.

Let’s keep going. Bars up. Mind right. Energy unmatched. 💪🔥

Throwing 25 lbs on my back and locking into the triangle row bar for push-ups that hit different. Stability, control, and raw strength all tested in one brutal set.

🔥 Core tight
🔥 Form locked in
🔥 Bar shaking but I ain’t breaking

This ain’t your average push-up. It’s a challenge.
Tag a friend or your favorite trainer who needs to try this and tell me—how many clean reps can YOU do? 👇
