I’m not a woman…
but I’ve spent most of my career training them.

And honestly, this is where most gyms get it wrong.

Everyone gets thrown into the same program.
Same classes. Same exercises. Same everything.

But women aren’t built the same as men. Not even close.

Different structure. Different hormones.
Even things like hips, muscle mass, ligament laxity… it all matters.

So why are we still training like it doesn’t?

At BUMP we don’t tweak a program and call it “female friendly”
we build it properly from the start.

Built for mums. Not modified for them.

If you’ve ever done a class and thought “this just doesn’t feel right” theres probably a reason for that.

Come try something different. Link to our 21 day trial is in our bio or DM us with any questions! 💫

Why BUMP?

I first walked into Bump 7 years ago and have never left. (And still genuinely enjoy coming every time I do)

I was newly post partum from my second baby (my first was still only 16 months herself - brave or crazy you decide 🤣) I was looking for a safe space to move my body but what I found was so much more. What I found was a community that lifted members through pregnancies, postpartum, and every chapter since.

I joke that BUMP is my second home but it has become more than just a gym - it’s support, strength for the mummas, genuine friendships, and the reminder on those hard tired days that we don’t have to do it alone. The trainers are amazing and the girls you will meet are the best and very supportive.
⠀
If you’re thinking about starting, coming back, or trying something new… this is your sign. 💛

Come in for a trial, meet the coaches, feel the vibe — you might find exactly what you’ve been looking for too.

If you want to ask any questions - please reach out. Our DMs are always open and I can assure you you won’t regret giving it a go 🥳🙌🏻

Staff Appreciation Spotlight

Today we celebrate someone very special – Pat, lovingly known to everyone as Nonna Pat. 💕

For the past 7 years, Pat has been the heart of our crèche rooms. Babies adore her, toddlers light up around her, and our members couldn’t imagine BUMP without her.

Her warmth, care, and endless patience have touched countless families. She’s not just a staff member – she’s part of the BUMP family, and we’re so grateful for everything she does.

✨ Big shoutout to Pat – thank you for being the incredible soul you are!

One of our members’ #1 answers when we ask what they love most about BUMP? 👉 The community.

Sure, we love a good sweat session, but what really makes this place special are the genuine friendships, secret banter moments, and the kind of support that shows up on both your best and hardest days. Whether you’re smashing PBs or just smashing a post-class coffee. ☕💪

From gym besties cheering you on, to new faces always being welcomed with open arms—this is where connection happens. And honestly, that’s what our members tell us they love most. 🫶

Because working out is good… but working out with your people is unbeatable.

But don’t mistake that for easy.

Our members will tell you — BUMP classes are tough, fun, and designed to make you stronger than ever (within your limits, of course).

Drop a note in the comments if you’ve ever walked out of class thinking, “Yep… I’m feeling that tomorrow.”

Motherhood.

Often spent meeting other’s needs first & putting out fires while running on empty.

Perhaps it’s time to celebrate motherhood and capture the beauty of it.
