I had the most wonderful time attending an ‘Our Last Summer’ screening in Liberties House for Culture Date with Dublin 8! A really moving story that starts a much needed conversation on mental health. There’s only one screening left (tomorrow) as part of this festival that I believe is very close to sold out if you want to experience it yourself!

A huge congratulations to those involved and the success of this short film already ❤️@lanavivia @annmarie.shields @amsrecordsofficial

Our Last Summer - short film written and directed by Alannah Wilson Last week of GoFundMe! It closes the 30th of July, link in bio. My daughter Alannah wrote and directed a short film ‘Our Last Summer’ that I co-produced with her and we are officially in the final week of post production! The final cut is complete, with grading, sound design, and music soundtrack all finished. We are finalising credits end credits now.

With that in mind we are delivering final credits to Raygun on July 31st so we have one week left of Alannah’s GoFundMe which she set up to assist with some of the initial costs. We are now doing a last little push on the GoFund Me towards the post production costs before it closes at midnight on July 30th. Anyone who is able to donate before the cut off date (July 30th) will get their name and the end credits. And everyone who donates will also be invited to a private screening event in August.

We never made a film before and we’ve both learned so much this past ten months and I think we both would really like to do it all over again! We’ve had the privilege of working with amazing people during each step from pre-production to filming, editing, music, colour, sound and mixing and final post production. Making a film takes the support and talent of so many people. I’m so thrilled that Alannah has had the support and opportunity to bring her vision to life and we are both excited to share this with you all.

Thank you so much again to everyone who’s helped us get this far!
And thank you in advance to anyone else who helps us get this film over the line! <3

I hope to see you all at the Screening Party!
