I truly never would have thought I would be writing this, but it’s time to put the hammer down. Basketball has been more than a game to me since 3rd grade - it's been a constant in my life. I never imagined a version of basketball where I wasn’t able to play, but God had other plans for me. Watching from the sidelines after multiple surgeries was unimaginable, but these girls made it worthwhile. Seeing them give their all, cheering them on until I lost my voice, and being a shoulder they could lean on has meant more to me than any point ever would. This team is what family is all about.

To my teammates: Thank you for letting me be part of your journey. You made the tough days during my recovery worth it, and never stopped supporting me. I am beyond proud of every single person on this team. I may have started my basketball journey wanting to play alongside you guys, but I'm ending it grateful to be your biggest fan.

This team will forever hold a special place in my heart. I love you all. ❤️ Snosh out ✌️
