Thank you to everyone who came to our annual golf event, Wish Upon a Par! We appreciate all your support. All proceeds will be donated to Make-A-Wish to support children diagnosed with cancer. A special thanks to our sponsors Immegrun Golf Course, Sheetz and Pepsi for making this all possible! Our sisters Abrielle Brown and Julia Myers organized and planned such a wonderful event. We cannot wait for the next one!

Running through a TPI Screen ⛳️

Your golf swing may not have a swing problem. Sometimes, it’s a movement problem 🙌

A TPI Golf Assessment helps us understand why you may struggle to get into certain positions throughout your swing.

First we talk about the issues you’re seeing in your swing. In Landrey’s case: and over the top swing, blocking out to the right, fighting a slice 😢

Then, we look at how your body moves—things like:

• Hip internal & external rotation
• Thoracic rotation
• Shoulder mobility
• Pelvic and upper-body control
• Stability and balance
• Your ability to dissociate different parts of your body

Why does this matter?

If your body doesn’t have the mobility or control to access a position, simply being told to “get into that position” isn’t always enough.

For example, limited hip rotation may make it difficult to properly rotate the pelvis. Limited thoracic rotation may affect your ability to separate your upper and lower body. Poor shoulder mobility may change how you deliver the club.

The goal of a TPI assessment isn’t to tell you that there is one “perfect” swing.

It’s to identify the physical limitations that may be influencing your swing and give you a better understanding of what your body can—and can’t—currently do.

Once we understand how you move we can start to target each movement through loading. As your body begins to own these patterns we can start to implement them into your golf swing 💯

Better movement → better access to positions → more options in your swing → a better opportunity to play better golf.
