Hey Everyone,

Been doing a bunch of equipment videos lately but felt we should do one about one of the gyms most important pieces.

Everyone, Meet Penny if you’re not already familiar 🐶

Our unofficial (but let’s be honest… very official) Full Tilt Barbell Club mascot, front desk staff, greeter, and all-around vibe curator.

If you’ve been to the gym, you’ve definitely been welcomed by Penny — usually with a wagging tail and that signature smile that somehow makes your workout instantly better.

You’ll find her holding it down behind the front desk or posted up on her couch, keeping a close eye on everything going on. Nothing gets past Penny… except maybe leg day excuses.

She loves seeing every single one of you — and honestly, we think she might be the real reason people keep showing up.

🔥 BODYMASTERS SEATED SHOULDER PRESS — FULL TILT FEATURE 🔥

Next up in the series is a classic shoulder builder that’s been earning its place in serious gyms for decades.

The Bodymasters Seated Shoulder Press isn’t just another overhead press machine — it’s a rock-solid piece of equipment designed to drive controlled, powerful shoulder development while keeping your movement path stable and efficient.

Built heavy. Built simple. Built to press weight the way shoulders were meant to.

This isn’t just “sit down and push.”

This is:

⚙️ How to set it up correctly (seat height, handle position, shoulder alignment, and pressing path)
📚 The engineering behind it (Bodymasters’ heavy-duty construction and smooth resistance through the press)
🧠 The biomechanics (shoulder flexion, scapular stability, and maintaining tension through the full pressing range)
🏆 The purpose (why fixed-path pressing can help overload the delts safely and consistently)

This machine was built to eliminate unnecessary instability and keep the work exactly where it belongs — on the shoulders.

Back locked into the pad.
Handles driving straight overhead.
Delts doing the work from bottom to top.

If you care about:
• Building stronger, rounder shoulders
• Pressing heavy with controlled mechanics
• Training delts without lower-back compensation
• Getting consistent reps with constant tension

Then this one deserves a spot in your rotation.

We’re not just pressing weight.
We’re breaking down how to use the Bodymasters Seated Shoulder Press the way it was designed to be used.

Full Tilt. No shortcuts.
