Coach Simmons was out on Monday so we had to push our power cleans to Tuesday! These were all done for sets of 4, besides my soccer and volleyball athletes. I cut their reps in half since they have both have post season games on Thursday. Keep Stacking Days and getting better titans!

Titans had a A PHEOMENAL day in the weight room today. We did hang cleans and I challenged them to focus on the hip extension and high pull phases of the clean. Many of my very good athletes neglect this phase and just rely on athleticism to get under the bar quickly. Setting a higher Velocity goal with @perch.fit helped me fix this almost IMMEDIATLY. Such a great coaching tool. Anyways, Here the leader boards for PEAK POWER produced. WEIGHTXSPEED= POWER!! A little different than the mean power produced I posted the other day. This uses the point during the lift where the bar was moving the fastest vs the average speed of the bar. GREAT work Titans. #titanpride

The final image vs. the chaos behind it.
Yes, that's me on a dirt mound. Yes, it was worth it.
