Reposted from @lanidowd While most of us don’t eat the rind. People do zest rind for cakes, or cut slices of citrus fruit to steep in water and drinks.. What you will get is a glass of water filled with the toxic fungicides!!

I checked in Tesco. Their fruit also have the sprayed chemicals. But they don’t have a warning on them that the peel is not safe for consumption…. This is because Lidl is following EU label guidelines! They don’t have to give us the warnings on the UK label!

So just remember that when you zest your fruit! Or leave peel in water.

Fun Fact: Did you know that horses can't breat through their mouth...
ㅤ
Now what's more important to know is that horses can't throw up. So what you feed them is really important. If they get colic, they can die.
ㅤ
Grazing is, of course, really good for them. Elante and Rosie also really love sticky weed, which is good for everyone, really, and grows readily in the UK.

I just wanted to hop on and say a MASSIVE thank you to all the support that I have received since my earlier live. My work, including the festival next year, are not out of the woods but today has given me such hope to keep going.

Bless everyone of you that has bought a ticket to the Health Hub, joined my CommuniTEA or bought me a cup of herbal tea!
I know that #together we can keep this going 🙏

If you know someone who is facing financial challenges but would really benefit from the Health Hub, please share this post, tag them and me and we will choose someone to come join us.

Thank you with all of my heart 💚🙏

Common Sense and the Case for Women’s Spaces! Some conversations are long overdue...
ㅤ
In this Elysium discussion, two women who’ve never been shy about speaking plainly sit down together: former Miss Great Britain and model-turned-commentator Leilani Dowding, and Elysium’s own beauty contributor, motivational speaker and confidence coach Mala Moonbeam.
ㅤ
Their subject is one that has become among the most charged of our time: the right of women and girls to feel safe in their own spaces. Across a frank exchange they touch on privacy, safety, fairness in sport and the creeping feeling that common sense has been shouted down. What follows is candid, warm and refreshingly unguarded: two women, talking as women, about where the line should sit and why it matters.
