My 5 yo Nippy his 4th time ever entered and yes it was a #rodeo !
No warm ups ✅ First time running under lights ✅ Not to mention he’s never been to a rodeo, done a grand entry, seen cattle, and the best part was he found the 2nd barrel which was a challenge last night for even some of the experienced horses against the chutes! His pilot might’ve ran a bit too hard to the first but he was only about 1.5 seconds from placing which is truly exciting when you watch all of portions we get to go back to the drawing board and work on. #jumperbydaybarrelracerbynight #homegrown bred, raised, and trained on my farm out of my amazing #barrelhorse #classy ❤️ Thankful for the opportunities I have and the gift of horses in my life. @shiningh_horseshoeing @backontrackusa @profchoice @tributeequinenutrition @laniesleathercustomtack
