‌ “Confidence comes from preparation.” - Kobe Bryant

Confidence isn’t something you magically find when the lights come on.

It’s built.

Through workouts. Extra reps. The days you’re tired but still show up. Consistently doing the little things right.

Every time you prepare, you give yourself another reason to believe in what you’re capable of.

So when your opportunity comes, you don’t have to hope you’re ready.

You KNOW you’re ready because you’ve put in the work.

#WhyWednesday

There are a lot of places athletes can go to work out.

So, why ETS?

Yes, we believe in elite training.

We have proven systems. Individualized programming. Performance testing. Objective data. Progress tracking. Coaches who understand how to develop speed, strength, power, and complete athletes.

But that’s only part of it.

What makes ETS special is the relationships behind the training.

We know our athletes. We know their goals, their sports, their personalities, when they need to be pushed and when they need someone in their corner.

We celebrate the PRs, but we also celebrate the confidence built along the way. We joke around. We compete. We hold each other accountable. We build trust.

Because when an athlete knows their coach genuinely cares about them, they’ll allow you to coach them differently.

That’s when you can challenge them. Push past mental barriers. Raise expectations. And help them discover what they’re truly capable of.

Elite training creates better athletes.
Building relationships builder better young men and women.

That’s our why. ❤️🖤

“It always seems impossible until it’s done.” - Nelson Mandela

Big goals can feel overwhelming when you’re looking at the finish line.

Focus on what you can control today. Show up, put the work in, and keep stacking days.

Eventually, what once felt impossible becomes something you’ve already accomplished.

Let’s have a week, ETSFAM‼️

Discipline is the foundation.
Excellence is the standard.

The standard isn’t about being perfect. It’s about how you approach the work every day.

Small habits, repeated consistently, are what separate good from great.

Control your effort.

Control your attitude.

The results will follow.

Huge “thanx” to the University of Michigan Volleyball program, Coach Virtue, and her awesome coaching staff … @coachkass_vb, @bjarnenikolai, Coach Jason and Kassidy… for such an amazing experience!
I had the best two days learning from the coaches and players, playing with girls from all over the country who love volleyball just as much as I do, making new friends, touring campus, checking out the area of study I want to major in one day, and even getting to spend time with my cousin before he leaves for training camp!!
Super fun weekend… Not too shabby for a rising 8th grader!! @umichvball @erinvirtue Go Blue!! 💙💛
