We are BLACK LADIES!....We build...... We don’t tear down other BLACK LADIES......We have felt the pain of being torn down and we have decided we will be deliberated about building others! All too often, we women find it easier to criticize each other, instead of building each other up. With all the negativity going around, let’s do something positive!!! Tag as many SISTERS to do the same. Let’s build ourselves up, instead of tearing ourselves down. COPY AND PASTE; If I tagged you, don’t disappoint me!!#blackladies #weareblackladies#blacklivesmatter✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿 #melaninrich

We reflect on the remarkable seniors of USAFA Women’s Basketball program who graduated only a week ago.

Their journey has been about so much more than wins and losses. It has been a commitment to excellence in the classroom, on the court, and in service to our nation.

To our seniors: Thank you for the legacy you leave behind. You have represented this program with pride, and demonstrated what it means to serve something greater than yourself.
Your true mission is only beginning.
Congratulations, Class of 2026 🎉

Today, I have the privilege of celebrating an extraordinary young woman, Milahnie Perry.
Milahnie graduates from the United States Air Force Academy and is commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. She leaves behind a remarkable legacy as the all-time leading scorer in Air Force Women's Basketball history, a testament to her dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.
While her accomplishments on the court are impressive, what has impacted me most is the person she has become away from the game. For the past three and a half years, I have been blessed to mentor Milahnie in her Christian faith and witness her growth as a leader, teammate, and woman of character. Through victories, challenges, and the demands of academy life, she has continually sought to grow in both her faith and her purpose. As she begins the next chapter of her journey, serving our nation as an Air Force officer at MacDill Air Force Base near her hometown, I have no doubt she will continue to inspire those around her just as she has inspired so many of us.
Congratulations, Lieutenant Perry. Your impact on Air Force Athletics is forever etched in the record books, but your impact on people will be your greatest legacy. I am incredibly proud of you and grateful to have been a small part of your journey.
Aim High, Lieutenant. The best is yet to come. Much love and respect, Rick.

Fountain Jumping! ⛲️
A long-standing senior tradition where cadets celebrate finishing their final exams by jumping into the fountains! Often in uniform, and with inflatables in tow 🛟
Dating back to 1959, the plunge marks the end of their cadet journey. Emily and Milahnie, YOU MADE IT!! 📚
