In May, Billy Rowe of @lansview_group delivered his monthly update during The Board’s mastermind session at The Developers Club.

These sessions bring together some of the UK’s most ambitious developers to exchange experiences, support one another’s growth, and navigate current industry challenges. Billy’s insights provided meaningful takeaways for fellow Members in this focused, collaborative environment.

As we continue working toward our mission to deliver 10,000 new homes by 2030, contributions like Billy’s help strengthen our shared momentum.

Celebrating 18 months with @thedevelopersclub.uk 🥳

It has been a fantastic experience meeting up with a cohort of like-minded developers from across the UK and Ireland on a monthly basis to share notes, pick up on current trends and to learn from each other.

The respect for each other is part of our common characteristics, as property developers.

This road is long, dark at times and whilst walking it alone is an option, having a team of non-executives around you to keep you on the path to success in your own business, is definitely a safer way than going alone.

Find your team and lean on them.

As Ken Blanchard says “No one of us is as smart as all of us”

Recharging the batteries throughout the year is essential as property development can sometimes be challenging. We organise annual ski trips for our Board members to hit the slopes, enjoy delicious food and spend some valuable downtime with fellow members.

Big thanks to all of our Board members for joining. We are already looking forward to next year’s trip!

Carving through the pristine slopes of Zermatt ⛷️

This time last week, our Board members flew out to Switzerland to enjoy a couple of days of skiing, good food and downtime with fellow members.

Our annual TDC ski trip is a highlight of the year, and this year stood out as one to remember!
