🌸Feeling deeply grateful to @dressforsuccessmtl & @giselleargentin, the entire panel, @laura_casella @zoonienguyen @louiselabrecque and the extraordinary people working tirelessly behind the scenes to create such a powerful and impactful event.

Thank you for inviting me to share my knowledge and contribute to a mission dedicated to empowering women through confidence, leadership, community, and economic independence.

It was an absolute privilege to share the stage with such exceptional women and to guide over 200 people through a collective breathwork experience. Witnessing an entire room slow down, reconnect, and fully arrive in the present moment was incredibly moving. Experiences like these are a powerful reminder of what becomes possible when we create spaces that genuinely uplift, empower, and support one another.
