T&B was created for one purpose - to rebuild the artist & music community in NYC with a focus on creating genuine connections and opportunities for the amazing people who chose this city to call their home.

We wanted to give new, up and coming artists a place to try new things, get in front of a crowd, and have a hell of a good time doing it.

No pageantry. No popularity contest. Just pure, unadulterated collaboration and grassroots community building.

We are so excited to share our upcoming plans with you all, so please keep an eye out. Until then - go check out these incredible artists we have been lucky enough to partner with so far. Give them a follow, a like, and a listen to their music. You’ll love what you hear.

The smooooth @chocolatebrown_
The talented @_segami
The deep in her feels @___carrieann
The hype AF @greysinofficial
The professor @selfperpetual
The mad scientist @msyadomusic
In her first ever show, the flower girl @imsashhhh

To anyone else I left out, THANK YOU!

And to our vendors, venues, and to all that have come to a show so far - thank you. More to come. @thelocalhostels @trends.lic

Still taking this all in 💪✨

Thank you to every single woman who showed up for Strong Like a Woman this weekend. The energy, the support, the smiles, the workouts, the conversations… all of it made this one incredibly special.

To all of our vendors 🛍️To all of our sponsors 🤝To every coach, volunteer, partner, and person behind the scenes… THANK YOU.

You all helped turn this event into something bigger than just a workout. This truly became a celebration of women, community, empowerment, and connection.

Seeing this event grow from where it started to what it has become means the world to us. And being able to partner with such amazing people and businesses made this year one we’ll never forget.

We’re super excited for what’s next🔥

Until next year… 💪✨

A self-defense class & Strong Like a Woman in the same weekend?

The universe said: remember who you are. 💪🏽

There’s something about learning to protect yourself while being surrounded by strong, empowering women that makes you carry yourself a little differently afterward. The confidence, strength, empowerment and resilience truly shined through. ✨

10/10 recommend romanticizing your strength. 🖤

Strong Like A Woman today in Hackensack was an event led and sponsored by local woman-owned businesses. The DJ, fitness leaders, vendors, and participants were ALL ladies.

I’m having A TIME turning my body into the best functioning machine it has ever been. Shoutout to the greatest gym in the land 🔥 @kaizenfhw

***My raffle ticket was a winner and the irony is - I gave away my original ticket to someone who didn’t have one, and replaced it with the ticket on slide 12, which was a repeating/angel number ✨

April 2026 was a dream come true in many ways ✨️

While I was busy working, traveling and hustling...

You all really showed love and streamed my music on @spotify over 10,000 times. 🤯❤️

Typically, all you see is the result, but the work I put in behind the scenes will get me farther than my talent ever has.

What type of ground work have you laid to help make your dreams a reality? 🧐

Sound off in the comments!

Gotta say - doing this event production thing has become a huge part of my life.

When @andrewcanlon and I first met, we both connected on the fact that the NYC music scene felt like it was missing something. Somewhere between the hyperfocus on views, on plays, on DATA, the joy and love for the art form was being left out.

So many conversations on how to get viral… how to get on playlists… and so little actually meant to boost the art itself. To build a community around it.

So we did the damn thing. We set out to create something different, that gave people a sense of comfort and home, where they could come and perform, or sell their art, or just participate and feel accepted as that - an artist.

We have been doing this since last year and are about to step this up in a big way. Stay tuned.

And to all the artists, promoters, DJs, and collaborators involved…. We are so lucky to have you. Just to name a few in these photos -
