If you think real estate is just houses, watch this. 👀🎬

@atlantarealtors + @first_mls brought World of Opportunities to the @cocacolaroxy , and days like this are a big part of why I love being involved in this industry beyond my own day to day business.

I genuinely care about where real estate is headed, who is helping shape it, and staying close to the conversations that matter. Because the more informed, connected, and involved I am, the better I can show up for the people trusting me with some pretty big moves.

Great people, great conversations, and a very cool day in #Atlanta. 🌎✨

The work is bigger than the transaction. 🤍 #MannySellsATL

Georgia real estate agents, did anyone else leave the FMLS Showcase with their head spinning?

I came home with 28 photos of economic slides and Billy Joel’s “Pressure” stuck in my head. 😂

The numbers weren’t all bad, but there was a LOT to absorb. If you attended, tell me what stood out to you. If you missed it and want to talk through the takeaways, reach out.

Apparently, we’re starting a Georgia real estate economic support group.

Follow @righthandtc for Georgia contract trends, market takeaways and practical transaction tips for working agents.

Pasadena, I’m on my way! ✨🔥

Ten years after we first gathered for WomanUP!®, I’m heading south to celebrate a movement that changed so many lives… including mine.

This year’s theme is Reignite Your WHY, and this feels like the perfect invitation for this moment.

Tomorrow, I’ll be back on the WomanUP!® stage sharing a little about how my own WHY has evolved, what has reignited it, and what life looks like on this side of a very intentional reinvention. ❤️‍🔥

And I’m even more excited to hear YOUR stories.

If you’re headed to Pasadena, come find me! I want the hugs, the catching up, the stories of where life has taken you… and I especially want to hear:

What’s reigniting YOUR why? 🔥

See you soon, WomanUP!® community. Pasadena, here I come!

It’s the beginning of birthday week, and the days ahead are already holding a little magic, memory, reunion, and full-circle energy. ✨🔥

On Wednesday, I’ll walk back onto the @womanupofficial stage for the first time since closing my seven-year chapter with the movement in 2023, and this YES feels deeply intentional.

I’m coming to stand beside my beloved soul sisters, celebrate the movement we created from scratch, and honor the women who showed up year after year to share their stories, champion one another, and help turn an idea into something so much bigger than any one of us.

Ten years ago, WomanUP!® began with data, heart, and a belief that together we could create real impact. Next week, I’ll join fellow founders @sarasutachan and @bernice.ross to explore what happens to that deeper WHY over time… with some added virtual wisdom from @lappletony!

How does it evolve, transform, transmute, and reignite while the sacred thread beneath it remains?

Come pull up a chair and listen in. And please find me in the hallways, during breaks, over meals, and at the networking reception, because I want to hear how YOUR WHY has evolved, too.

There is something sacred about returning to a place that helped shape you, fully rooted in the woman you have become and carrying the wisdom of every chapter that brought you here.

So yes, my beloved LIONESSES…

I’m coming. 🦁🔥

ARE YOU? Let me know below…

See you Wednesday.

Let’s roar. 💋🔥

Good morning, Sister.

Summer has arrived. ☀️

The threshold has been crossed, and with it comes an invitation to slow down long enough to notice what the light is revealing.

One of the beautiful things about this season is that light has a way of helping us see more clearly. It illuminates what matters. It highlights what deserves our attention. It reminds us of the wisdom we’ve gathered through the lives we’ve lived.

This morning inside Red Threads Collective, we’ll explore two questions:

✨ What is the light revealing to me?

✨ What do I know to be true?

We’ll spend time reflecting, journaling, and connecting with a circle of thoughtful women who understand the beauty, complexity, and possibility of this season of life.

If you’ve been looking for a place where meaningful conversations happen, where wisdom is shared generously, and where women gather to support, encourage, and inspire one another, there is still time to join us.

Bring your journal, fill your mug, and visit the link below at 8am PT.

We’ll save you a seat.

There is something I love about these final weeks of spring.

The gardens are blooming. The fruit is still forming. The days continue to stretch a little longer, and everywhere I look, life seems to be reminding me that growth unfolds in its own time.

At the same time, summer is beginning to make itself known.

The Summer Solstice is approaching, heat is rising, vacations are being planned, calendars are beginning to shift, and many of us can feel a new season waiting just beyond the horizon.

Lately, I’ve been wondering if one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is the ability to appreciate where we are while remaining open to what is ahead.

To savor this moment without needing to hold onto it.

To welcome the next season without rushing toward it.

This morning, inside Red Threads Collective, we’ll gather around a question that has been living in my heart:

What deserves my appreciation right now, and what am I excited to welcome into the season ahead?

This circle is for the women creating, leading, nurturing, building, writing, healing, gathering, and dreaming.

The women who care deeply about the lives they are living and the legacy they are leaving.

The women who occasionally need a place to rest, reflect, reconnect, and remember that they are surrounded by others walking a similar path.

If that sounds like you, I’d love to welcome you.

Good morning, Beloved. 🧶

There are seasons when life asks women to hold so much at once, to create, nurture, lead, care deeply, and continue believing in beauty, healing, truth, and possibility even in a weary world.

And somewhere within all of that, a quieter invitation begins to rise:

What am I ready to trust more deeply?

What would shift if you trusted your voice more fully… your knowing more honestly… your timing more gently… your becoming more completely?

This morning, we’re gathering for a sacred hour of breathwork, guided meditation, journaling, reflection, and honest conversation alongside women who are deeply engaged in the work of becoming.

This space was created for the creatives, the healers, the mothers, the writers, the gatherers, and the women building more beautiful futures for the generations that follow.

If your spirit has been longing for a place to exhale, reconnect, and remember yourself again, this is your invitation. This is a space to be seen, heard, and held... to refill your spirit among women who understand the weight, beauty, and responsibility of caring deeply... to share your rage, scream when you want to, and reset your nervous system in a safe, sacred circle.

We begin at 8am PT, and there is space for you here. ✨

We all know May is often a full season. A season that weaves caregiving… celebrations… transitions… emotional labor… and showing up for the people and spaces we love while also tending our own inner lives.

And perhaps somewhere within all of it, a deeper question has been rising:

What truly nourishes me in this season of my life?

What helps me feel restored… connected… supported… alive?

Today, inside our circle, we’ll gather together around this reflection through breathwork, guided meditation, journaling, and shared conversation.

Together, we’ll begin noticing what is flourishing, what is asking for care, and what kind of nourishment our inner worlds are ready to receive now. Because nourishment is woven into becoming.

We begin at 8am PT.

We look forward to being together.

When you travel to Atlanta and ask your friend @lappletony to meet you for lunch . . . And she does. And of course Anatole and her hit it off. Both of them history lovers. Thanks friend for making the time!!

🔥 When the World Feels Heavy… Come Sit With Us 🔥

There are moments when the state of the world feels like too much to hold.

Moments when we wonder…

🔥 Who is going to fix this?
🔥 Who is going to take care of it?
🔥 Why does it feel like everything is unraveling?

And then… something deeper stirs.
A remembering.

The change we long for isn’t “out there.”

It lives here… in our hands, in our communities, in the ways we choose to show up.

This is the conversation for our next Sacred Night In!

🗓️ 3/31 at 6pm PT

From a grounded, collective willingness to participate… anchored in care… guided by connection… alive in shared responsibility.

As @clarissapinkolaestes reminds us:

“Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once… but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach.”

Inside we’ll explore:

🔥 Where we are already showing up
🔥 Where we feel called to get involved
🔥 How service can become connection… not depletion

Because when we shift from helplessness… into participation… everything changes.

This is a member-exclusive gathering…
and it’s not too late to join us.

We would love to welcome you.

Come sit with us.
