Dollhouse: Hot Girls Slumber Party presented by @usbcheck is tomorrow 🫶 and here’s some behind stories ➡️

I’ve always liked good theme parties because I like to dress up, and I learned that other girlies relate to it too!

In fact, I started raving bc it gave me an excuse to wear cute clothes especially in a conservative society like Korea. This is my first ever rave back in 2022 ‼️

So when I started djing I also liked to be intentional with my outfits. This is a clip from my first-ever-gig

I chose bows and Kuromi outfit because that’s the origin of my dj name, Romih 🎀

And I kept on doing that for all the shows!

I had lots of fun with dressing up for Anime K-Rave

And a fairy for Moonlit creatures @tabordance (can you spot me there djing?)

So that’s why @sunidaizways and I wanted a cute little theme for USBCHECK’s first girl’s night

A full-circle moment 💫

Last summer, I went to FLUX—my very first @usbcheck event. I remember being blown away by the level of production, energy, and care the team brought to the night.

A month later, I was invited to play LOTUS, my first time DJing at a usbcheck show.

Fast forward one year: two weeks ago at Tabor Dance, I played my first set as an official member of the team.

And this Saturday, I’m coming back to FLUX.

Even more excited to be sharing this one with @amryta_pdx and @beatrox and supporting an amazing headliner, @babsy.music.

It feels special to be part of a lineup and event I would’ve been so excited just to attend a year ago.

I am ready to bring the same energy that made such an impression on me at FLUX last summer!

There’s so much to post from this summer, I don’t know where to even start. BUT THIS WEEK IS SPECIAL, we’re hitting up Realm as I open for the night bass boss @djacslater —I love the label and discovered a lot of artist I follow today through it. Super excited to throw down a set to warm up the decks.
