These pictures tell the whole story of the incredible energy we brought together for our Zumba event! From crushing it on the dance floor to sharing laughs and refreshments at @costacoffeeuae , it was the perfect morning.💕💕💕

Akhiyaan Gulaab

Okay… I absolutely LOVE this track!

The choreography, perfectly executed by @shahidkapoor had me hooked from the first watch

I remember spending an evening choreographing my own version — brought the routine to Dubai, and now it’s making its way to Croxley Green!

Can’t wait to launch this one next term — it’s such a vibe!

Booking for next term is now open with a special offer running for the last course of 2025!

DANCE FITNESS

This video shows just a taste of what goes down in these classes! From the beats to the sweat to the smiles, it’s more than a workout… it’s a a space to let go and focus on you. 🎶✨

Amazing music, fun routines, and the freedom to just move.

Come for the fitness, stay for the feeling. 🫶

This one is probably one of my favourite tunes in class because it brings so much laughter and fun to the routine!

It’s high energy, upbeat and somehow results in giggles, laughter and wohoo moments during the session.

If you’re a client and enjoy this routine in class please do comment 😍

CLASS FEATURE

Although I no longer teach these classes in Dubai, it is always wonderful to hear from my previous clients (some of whom are now friends too). One of my regular clients in Dubai sent me snippets from the school yearbook featuring the dance fitness classes I used to run @hartlandinternationalschool

This was such a wonderful reminder and I am truly grateful to all my clients for showing up to classes and just having fun! I miss you all.

PERFORMANCE IN THE WORKPLACE:
What’s dance got to do with it?

Dance is a universal language that transcends boundaries and connects people from all walks of life. Promoting dance more widely as a recreational/physical activity or as part of a wellbeing initiative for everyone can have beneficial effects not only for individuals but also for organisations.

Although any form of physical exercise is good, dance provides additional benefits. Dance blends the positive effects of music, which stimulates the reward centre of the brain that hosts the motor, sensor and coordination regions.

Dance also involves memory, emotion and creativity making it a more complex physical activity compared to other types of physical exercise.

Dance holds the potential to be very inclusive and often allows us to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and across all age groups. This has been evident since starting NG Dance Fitness 18 months ago and below you can see a diverse clientele from all over the world, coming together for one activity - DANCE FITNESS.

The best bit for me has been to bring my love of dancing and fitness (but particularly dancing to Bollywood music) to these sessions which everyone has loved.

NG dance currently operates at Al Habtoor, Business Bay and @hartlandinternationalschool
Classes can also be booked through @classpassme

End of 2023

Wishing you all a Happy New Year! What a journey 2023 has been and I am so grateful to every single person that has supported me along the way.

NG Dance Fitness was born in 2022 however it was 2023 when things really started to take off.

From running classes within the community, to supporting local events, becoming an affiliated ClassPass partner, running classes online and globally, learning Kathak, and choreographing for private events, to becoming an established provider at an international school, this has been the year of learning and growth.

Here’s to 2024 and the continuation of this journey.

CUPCAKES

This was the last class of 2023 @hartlandinternationalschool

A huge thank you to @baker_lou_dubai for baking these beautiful cupcakes for our parents who attend the classes at Hartland International. These were beautifully designed and exactly to specification. I loved sharing these out with all the mums.

Classes will resume back in January 2024 and I look forward to seeing some more new faces in the new year.

Thank you for all your support @hartlandinternationalschool - we really do have the best parent community.

Wishing all my followers a fabulous Xmas and peaceful New Year. Stay safe and enjoy the festive the period 💃🏼
