A special farewell and good luck to our Janel as she embarks on a new adventure!

Janel has been part of FORM from the very beginning, as our first employee and instructor alongside Lara and Nina at the Geneva studio. She’s shared in so much of the FORM story with us and has been there through countless classes, milestones, laughs and memories along the way.

More than that, she’s become such a special friend to us and to so many of our clients, and such a big part of the FORM family.

Janel, thank you for everything you’ve brought to FORM and for being part of it all with us since day one. Your laugh, kindness and calm, peaceful presence in the studio will be missed so much.

We’re going to miss having you in the studio, but we’re so excited to see what comes next for you back in the US.

So… did we dance 42k?

900,000 people. 11 hours. One very big dance floor.

Naturally, we turned it into an endurance challenge.

An average ~4.5h marathon would land around 1,100 duoble points*.

Our second FORM Retreat is taking place at @aguamaderaibiza – a peaceful retreat space surrounded by nature, farm-to-table meals, and the slower rhythm of the island.
