The runway is only the destination. The real magic happens in rehearsal: it is where fear becomes confidence, strangers become a community, and models become artists. Grateful to play a small part in that journey. 🖤

12 years ago was the last time I was a designer in @stlfw

10 years ago is the last time this city had fashion week.

1 week ago we brought it back.

I couldn’t be more proud of this team, and count myself incredibly lucky to be a part of it. 🖤

It’s no secret I had to step away from design & the runway for a bit, and it always felt like a big part of me was missing.
Last week I finally felt like myself again.
Thank you to this *incredible* team for allowing me to be a part of it.

While I can’t wait to be back on the runway with all of my fav ladies, for now I’m so happy to be part of the team bringing fashion back to a city that truly deserves it.

Season 1 done.

I can’t wait to see where it goes from here 🖤

(Side note: I promise I’m super happy. Ignore that I look angry in this pic lol I really was smiling so much. This is why I stay behind the scenes 🙃)
