This is the demonstration that started it all for me. ✨

Three years ago, I stopped at a booth at the New Living Expo because I thought the Gold Frequency Flow Pendant was beautiful.
Michael looked at me and said:

“It’s not jewelry.”
Then he showed me.
He did a simple before-and-after strength test—and I genuinely didn’t believe what happened.

So I made him do it again. 😂
Then I started sending everyone I was working with over to experience it for themselves.

And that was the beginning of my journey with the Frequency Flow Pendants.

This weekend, you can experience it for yourself.
I’ll be at the Awakened Lifestyle Expo in Costa Mesa, August 22–23, doing these quick demonstrations throughout the weekend.

Experience first. Notice. Then get curious.

🌊☀️Just a beautiful day at the beach being sung to by the waves…

What could be better than this? ✨

Reminding anyone reading this post…

That when you feel anxious or worried about the future, just ask yourself… “is anything wrong right now at this moment?”

The answer will likely be NO!

When you look at right now, this is what is meant by being in the moment…

Living or being in the NOW, where nothing is actually wrong and everything is fine!

Anxiety, worry, stress…. happens when you are out of the NOW and in the future… a place and time that hasn’t and will likely NOT even happen, at least in the way you worry it will.

So next time you are stressed… try asking yourself, “where are you right now, and is anything at this moment is actually wrong?”.

Meet Grandma TuTu; she gave birth to my mom, who then had me, and now there's @mindliquidstudio.

Happy birthday to the most amazing daughter I could have ever asked for. Leilah - you have grown into such a creative, intelligent, kind and wise person. I look forward to learning from you and growing with you for years to come! Xoxoxo!!!! 🐸🦋✨💜

So this happened today at my moms! This is a painting in my moms house that my mom did of my middle sister #thezenofjen maybe 40 years ago. She looked over and saw these beautiful rainbow lights on both hands of the photo and was able to snap a photo! My sister is an artist and super creative being who is also an amazing writer and for me this painting was a confirmation of her incredible gifts and the rainbow energy pouring from her hands which are attached to her heart and her soul!

What an incredible experience it was - to perform for two sold out shows at the Santa Monica Playhouse for my one woman play, the Zen of Jen. The support and positive feedback I got was overwhelming and touched my heart in so many ways! Thank you to everyone who showed up And to those of you who asked if I’m going to do it again we will be in touch and see what the future holds! #zenofjen #onewomanplay #soundbath #sisters #psychology #mindfulness #meditation
