So Iโ€™ll be honest with you guys. I talked about starting a podcast for two years before I ever hit record. ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Two years, man. And it wasnโ€™t just the podcast. I talked about launching a supplement brand, about speaking on stages, and I could describe all of it in crazy detail. But my schedule kind of looked exactly the same as the year before. And I feel like thatโ€™s the sneaky part, right? Talking feels like progress. Itโ€™s comfortable. It just isnโ€™t progress. So what finally clicked was realizing I was hoping it would happen instead of building it. ๐Ÿ˜… What helped was getting simple. One thing, not a list. One hour on the calendar with a real task, like record the first episode, not โ€œwork on my idea.โ€ Then doing it before I felt ready, because ready never really showed up. But then I hit the next wall. I took the first step, looked around like, okay, now what? The vision was clear, the road map wasnโ€™t, and momentum stalled again. Thatโ€™s when I realized ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ฎ ๐˜€๐˜†๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—บ, ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ ๐—ท๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฎ ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ธ. Thatโ€™s kind of the whole idea behind the Prime Performance Process and the six week Prime Performance Sprint, getting clarity, pushing through the stuck spots, and building a repeatable way to keep moving. If that sounds like where youโ€™re at, DM me the word SPRINT and Iโ€™d love to share more.

Iโ€™ve been spending a lot of money on myself lately. And Iโ€™ve been thinking about why. Not because I want more stuff. Not because Iโ€™m chasing another title or accomplishment. But because Iโ€™ve come to realize something. The more valuable I become, the more value I can bring to the people around me. As an entrepreneur, speaker, and coach, I have some pretty big ambitions. But those ambitions come with a responsibility. If I want to help people achieve more, I need to keep becoming someone whoโ€™s capable of helping them get there. And thatโ€™s where I had a bit of an epiphany. I canโ€™t expect my impact to grow if Iโ€™m not intentionally growing myself. But I also realized that spending money on personal development doesnโ€™t automatically make me better. I can buy the courses, attend the events, surround myself with incredible people, and consume all the information in the world. But none of that guarantees growth. I need to know exactly who Iโ€™m trying to become, what skills I need to develop, and how Iโ€™m going to put what Iโ€™m learning into practice. Thatโ€™s what Iโ€™ve been working on lately. Getting clearer on my goals, reverse-engineering the skills and experiences needed to achieve them, and building a deliberate process to continuously improve. Not just collecting knowledge. Actually developing the ability to use it. And the more I work through this, the more I realize that this is exactly what the Prime Performance Process is designed to help people do. Because investing in yourself is only the beginning. Becoming someone who can do more with that investment is the real return. If youโ€™ve been investing in yourself but struggling to turn that investment into meaningful progress, DM me 2027. Iโ€™d love to show you the process Iโ€™m using myself.

Some conversations stay with you long after the microphones are off. ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ๐Ÿค Iโ€™m grateful to have had @larrygdixii on @fromthegroundupwithestherpod , sharing his wisdom and experiences in business and in life. Larry was also one of the first guests to be part of the Premium Business Story Experience, and Iโ€™m grateful he trusted me to help share his story in this new chapter of the podcast. Thereโ€™s always something to learn when we take the time to listen to someone elseโ€™s journey. Every conversation reminds me that thereโ€™s so much more behind the person, the business, and the lessons we carry along the way. Thank you, Larry, for being part of this journey! ๐ŸŒฑ #FromTheGroundUpWithEsther #storytime #BusinessStoryExperience #BuildingFromTheGroundUp #BusinessStories

โ€œThe last turkey cheese mayo sandwich I ever ate..โ€โฃ โฃ Plant-based eating didnโ€™t change my life, but it gave me the spark to change.โฃ โฃ It gave me some momentum to start developing other healthy habits.โฃ โฃ At a time in my life where I didnโ€™t like where I was at.โฃ โฃ I didnโ€™t have any real health routines, I was recovering from a knee injury which made me angry, and I wasnโ€™t surrounding myself with the best people.โฃ โฃ I was looking for some sort of radical change, and this was my ticket.โฃ โฃ Had I not made this decision to go plant based, and stuck with it these past 9 years, I donโ€™t think I would have met so many amazing people like @larrygdixii โฃ Itโ€™s a beautiful way to eat and to live.โฃ โฃ Thanks for being here, I look forward to sharing more of my journey with you.โฃ โฃ Go eat some plants.

โ€œI'm not broken. I just needed operating people around me that could help me implement my vision.โ€ โ€” Larry Dix II, President, Apex Truss and Client of The COO Solution Many founders spend years believing they need to work harder, become more organized, or somehow be better at everything. The reality is that most visionary founders aren't failing because they lack capability. They're trying to play roles they were never wired to play. The breakthrough comes when you stop asking yourself to be the visionary, the integrator, the operator, and the manager all at once. You don't need to become someone else. You need the right people around you who can turn your vision into reality. That's when the business starts growing without everything depending on you. ๐ŸŽง Listen (or watch) to the full episode on our podcast page: https://thecoosolution.com/podcasts/youre-not-broken-how-larry-dix-found-freedom-focus-and-growth-with-a-fractional-coo #TheCOOSolutionPodcast #FounderLeadership #Visionary #FractionalCOO #BusinessGrowth #Leadership #Operations #ScaleSmarter

Most Founders Don't Need to Work Harder. They Need the Right People Around Them. Many founders build successful businesses while carrying far more than they should. They make the decisions. They solve the problems. They manage the people. They keep the important information in their heads. And eventually, they start wondering why the business cannot grow without them. Larry Dix II spent years in that position. In this episode, I sit down with TCS client, Larry to talk about how he moved from trying to handle everything himself to building an operating structure around his strengths as a visionary. You'll discover: - Why Larry felt stuck despite having a successful business - How he realized he wasn't broken; he was different - Why he needed an integrator to help implement his vision - How pressure testing ideas helped him make better decisions - Why focusing on three priorities changed how he operates - How the right team can give a founder freedom from the business The goal isn't to make the founder better at everything. The goal is to build a business where the founder can focus on what they do best. ๐ŸŽง Listen (or watch) to the full episode on our podcast page: https://thecoosolution.com/podcasts/youre-not-broken-how-larry-dix-found-freedom-focus-and-growth-with-a-fractional-coo #TheCOOSolutionPodcast #FractionalCOO #FounderLeadership #BusinessGrowth #Leadership #Operations #ScaleSmarter
