After 338 days of running (almost) everyday, a long season came to an end. Time to take some time off and get back to work in a few weeks.

track season 26 ✅

can’t help but feel disappointed with the way it has gone.
failed to reach my time goals for this season despite my training clearly showing that they were all well within reach, but racing well rather than just training well is something that must and will be addressed.

that being said, the time improvements were still okay, including breaking 2 in the 800

800 - 2:01.99 -> 1:58.29
1500 - 4:28.54 -> 4:20.46i/4:21.49
400 - 55.10 -> 53.18

thank you to @coach_reevesie and @bbharriersac for the continued support
and as always, all glory to God.
onto a big winter and a bigger track season hopefully
