🚨 COMMITMENT ALERT 🚨

Congratulations to 2027 LHP Jakob Sweeters (Wilton HS, CT) on his commitment to Lasell University!

Jakob becomes our 26th commitment in the Class of 2027! 🔥

We’re incredibly proud of the hard work Jakob has put in both inside the classroom and throughout his personal development.

His perseverance, determination, and unwavering commitment to improving himself have helped create this opportunity, and he has certainly earned it!

Coach Sammarco and the Lasers are getting a true competitor — a player who embraces challenges, refuses to back down, and brings a relentless mindset to everything he does.

Congratulations, Jakob! We’re excited to watch you continue your journey! 🙌🏻

I am super excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Lasell University. First I would like to thank God for blessing me. Second, I would like to thank my parents, family and friends for all of the support along the way. Thank you to Coach Vigilio and all of Baseball U CT for helping me develop as a player and a person. Also, I want to thank everybody at ATP for shaping me as an athlete. I also want to thank the entire Wilton coaching staff for giving me opportunities for me to represent myself and Wilton.
