❤️ OUR JULY MISSION

Youth sports is about so much more than wins and losses.

It’s about building confidence.
Resilience.
Character.
And a lifelong love of the game.

Every week, I hear from athletes struggling with confidence, parents searching for the right words after a tough game, and coaches working hard to create healthier team environments.

That’s why this page exists.

This July, our mission is to help build better youth sports by reaching 1,000 athlete families with free, evidence-based mental performance resources.

If you’ve ever learned something from this page, laughed at a Reel, shared a post, or thought, “I wish more parents and coaches knew this,” I’m asking you to help us reach one more family.

❤️ How to Join the Mission

✅ Follow @southshoresportpsych = 1 entry

💪🏻 Like this Reel = 1 entry

💬 Comment “BETTER” = 1 entry

👥 Tag a different sports parent, coach, or athlete = 1 entry each (up to 20 entries)

📲 Share this Reel to your Story and tag @southshoresportpsych = 10 entries

🎁 As Our Community Grows, We Give Back

⭐ 500 athlete families → $100 Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Card

⭐ 750 athlete families → $100 Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Card

⭐ 1,000 athlete families → $100 Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Card

The more families we reach, the more impact we can make.

❤️ Comment “BETTER” if you are joining this mission.

Then tag the parents, coaches, and athletes you’d love to invite into this community.

Let’s build better youth sports…

One family at a time.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Dick’s Sporting Goods. Winners will be selected at random at each milestone. Each entry you earn gets your more opportunities to get your name pulled.
