What sucks about doing lashes👇
All. The. Pain. I’ve been there, so you don’t have to 💕

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

About 10 years ago I woke up in so much pain I couldn’t turn my head in any direction or lift my hands above my head. I had been doing lashes for about 5 years and my body just said, NO MORE.

I had to figure it out…and that’s when I found out about the fascia. My mind exploded🤯! Why had I never heard about this before, and why didn’t I know my body COULD feel so amazing?!

Doing lashes just happens to be my history and I will always have a soft spot in my heart for how hard it can be and feel on your body…but ANY industry with repetitive movements, or that requires poor posture (desk workers, or nurses, or UPS drivers, or Uber drivers…you get the idea 🙃🤗)…could benefit from releasing their fascia, moving lymph, and creating more capacity in the nervous system.

Literallllly 😆 everyone can use this tool to feel better in their body, prevent injuries and pain, and LIVE a better life - whenever they need it!

I’m SOOOO happy I stuck with it because it’s changed my life 💯% and now I get to teach YOU how to teach it too 👊…

If you are interested in learning how to teach the Juicy Roll Method at retreats, conferences, in classes, or workshops…the next Certification is Nov 7/8th in Boise Idaho!

If you have any questions DM me, but also check the link in bio for all the deets, and if you sign up before 10/15 you save another $100.

Have experiences like these (in any industry), help people feel better, and make memories along the way 🧡🍊🧡!!!

Big news ✨

I’m excited to share that I’ve partnered with @juicyrollmethod to continue offering my Myofascial Release classes at Kali Collective. 🤍

Pulp Friction is not a yoga class or a flexibility class. This is a nervous system reset and deep physical release experience designed to help the body unwind long-held tension patterns stored within the fascia and connective tissue.

Using myofascial release balls, blocks, breathwork, and sustained pressure techniques, we work with muscular fascia and visceral fascia to help downshift the nervous system, improve body awareness, support recovery, and create space for the body to release stress and tension.

✨ First class — June 12
✨ Fridays at 12pm
📍Kali Collective
✨ Class cards available at the link in bio

Come release, reset, and reconnect with your body. @juicyrollmethod

1:00 PM PST 3:00 PM CST / 4:00 PM EST

"Discover why so many lash artists develop neck, wrist, and shoulder tension early in their careers-and what it means your longevity behind the lash bed.

Malaena will break down the hidden physical stress patterns that build while you're lashing (even if your setup feels "ergonomic"). And share how elite lash artists are able to stay fully booked for years without the burnout, fatigue, or body breakdown most people accept as normal.

You'll learn why stretching, breaks, and massages aren't fixing the root issue--and what actually does. And leave understanding what to change immediately so you can build a high-income lash career your body can actually sustain long-term."

8 years ago I never could have imagined that someone I would meet in the bathroom of a Las Vegas Suite at a Lash Party (who I thought was mayyyybe a teensy bit tipsy and wouldn’t remember our conversation 😆) would invite me to speak at a conference that would change everything for me….

I traveled to Vegas alone with no plan, and scared to show up at that party by myself. I did it anyway. I put myself out there and took a chance…and I’m so glad I did. That one moment led to a lot of amazing opportunities that I never could have imagined and a lot of super cool people…

Have you ever been SOOOO scared to do something, worried it would be pointless, or afraid it’ll be a big fat no? Or maybe things didn’t work out the way you had planned in your head - like, at. all. Gosh, I’ve been there too….

💕Even still, I AM so grateful for the people that said YES, believed in me, and gave me a chance. But before all of the “good ones” I met, I kinda had to believe in me…and just try.

One of my favorite things to tell myself is “Keep trying until you win!” You might have to try A LOT but eventually you will get there. Just like the little engine that could 😆. But seriously, it’s the TRYING that matters the most, because you never know where it will take you 🧡✨!!!
