13 of 14 reunited 💕
We all worked together at SOLA Salons before it closed, and today felt like no time had passed. One of our girls couldn’t make it because she’s sick, but she was definitely missed.
Amazing food, nice ambiance, great conversations—but most of all, incredible company.
So grateful for friendships that last. Already counting down to our next meetup in March ✨

Imagine feeling lighter, more sculpted, and deeply refreshed — that’s the magic of Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage. This specialized massage technique is designed to boost your body’s natural detox process, delivering both instant and long-lasting results. Here’s why it’s more than just a luxury treatment:

✨ Sculpt & Tone: Brazilian lymphatic drainage targets fluid buildup, helping to contour and define your body naturally. You’ll notice a more sculpted silhouette, often in just one session!

💧 Boost Immunity: By stimulating lymph flow, this treatment helps flush out toxins and boosts your immune system, helping you feel your best from the inside out.

💆🏽‍♀️ Relax & Rejuvenate: This isn’t your average massage. With gentle yet deep, rhythmic strokes, it soothes both body and mind, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed yet energized.

🌟 Glowing Skin: Better lymph circulation can result in healthier, more vibrant skin, perfect for anyone who wants a natural glow without extra products.

If you’re looking for a way to kickstart a healthier lifestyle, reduce bloating, detox from surgery or simply feel amazing, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is a must! Book your session today to experience the difference it can make!

I did my first cold plunge and it was cold 😆🥶 but thank God the Infrared sauna was right next to it so I could warm up quickly 🙌🏽

Cold plunges, or immersing in cold water for a brief period, offer a range of benefits for physical and mental health. A few of the benefits include:
1. Reduced Muscle Soreness and Inflammation: Cold water immersion can help reduce inflammation, especially post-workout, aiding in quicker recovery for muscles and reducing soreness.
2. Improved Circulation: Cold water exposure forces blood to circulate to vital organs, which can improve overall circulation and cardiovascular health over time.
3. Boosted Immune System: Some studies suggest that regular cold exposure may boost the immune response, potentially making the body more resilient to infections.
4. Enhanced Mood and Reduced Stress: Cold plunges can trigger a release of endorphins and norepinephrine, which can improve mood, reduce anxiety, and help with stress management.
5. Increased Mental Resilience: Exposing yourself to controlled discomfort, like cold plunges, can help build mental toughness, potentially making you more resilient to everyday stressors.
6. Better Skin and Hair: Cold water can help close pores, reduce skin redness, and improve the appearance of skin and hair by not stripping natural oils, which can be beneficial for skin health.

And now you can add this onto your Brazilian lymphatic drainage session for more detoxification benefits. you can book your cold plunge and infrared sauna session at the Brazilian Beauty Bar in Sherman Oaks
