Day 14/30: WE GOT CLOTHES AT THE HOUSE 👗

As a curvy girl, I’ve long stayed away from flowy/loose clothing because it’s easy to lose your shape in the wrong style. This babydoll dress was the most unexpected, but essential addition to my summer wardrobe! I wear it whenever I want something comfortable but feminine and polished.

It has pockets (which we love) and @target knew just what the girls needed with the depth of this v-neck and slightly longer hem in back. I paired it with this super comfy slides from @targetstyle also and finished it off with plenty of gold jewelry from @wbycrystalwhite, @thegoldenlord, and permanent jewelry from @lashfien!

Day 5/30: We Got Clothes at the House

Y’all, I TOTALLY forgot about this little short set from @hm! I got it maybe 4 years ago and have NEVER worn it together. (I linked a similar set in my LTK!)

This series is really showing me something about myself 😂 I paired this set with @sam_edelman shoes that always gave me Chanel vibes. I’m going to top any look off with a pair of shades and this pair from @jowbrand gave the perfect pop of pizzaz!
You know jewelry is a MUST so in addition to my permanent jewelry from Linked by @lashfien, today we went for hoops from @wbycrystalwhite, my latest pickup from @tjmaxx, and an anklet from @shopharperray! Finished the look off with my work bag from @allsaints, and we’re ready to roll.

Welcome to my new series: WE GOT CLOTHES AT THE HOUSE!

In recent years, I’ve slowed down IMMENSELY on shopping and often find myself focusing on pieces that I can style a bunch of ways, instead of focusing on trends. I’ve also gotten a bit more conscious about overconsumption as my @wbycrystalwhite grew and my closets and chests started bursting at the seams 😭

Inspired by my internet twin in my head @itscarolyngray’s “shopping my closet” series, I’m spending the next 30 days styling pieces I already own to create new looks! This is definitely a *simple* start, but expect to see casual, dressy, and gym looks throughout this series!
