You asked for help, didn’t you? Entering the beauty industry with clarity and a plan will help you avoid burn out, isolation, and thinking about another career 6 months in. It’s so simple but so complicated at the same time but if you: 1. Learn/Open to learning different ways to do your skill 2. Put the time in to master your skill 3. Do the hard things 4. Get and stay organized 5. Create your own service protocols 6. And be prepared to have a lot of things happen out of your control (packages late, clients not reading policies, days where your supplies are not in alignment) Then you might just be ready for a six figure career in this industry. Your education is an investment and that’s why these powerhouse are sharing their top tips on Sunday July 26th 12p to 2p @_stassjaa @secretstoplush and @blashedink 🔥 Text LASHPRO to 855-518-0976 to earn free access to the @lashgurlpro community — and register to learn with us on in T-minus 5 Days 💪🏾 XOXO Desiree Educator Founder @lashgurlpro • • • #beginnemassagetherapist #beginnerlashtech #beginnerbrowartist #licensededucator #beginnerlashtechtips

It will take you a couple times to really get it.. and that’s okay. If you can see it. That means you already have it. If you keep yearning for the same thing. That means it was yours before… (maybe in a past life?) The name of the game is buckling down and fighting for it. I started Desire Beauty in the middle of my dining room, leaning clients back on a computer gaming chair and using a clip on light that I clipped onto my dining room table 😮‍💨 I realized many of my clients.. are still with me today! S/o to @__itsinfinity__ and @melaniethestylist_ who I realized have been with me my entire career (through all the growing pains) 🥹 You’ll get it right. You’ll find the purpose. You’ll set the tone. And you’ll get it done. I’m rooting for you ❤️ I’ll see you soon 7/21 @lashgurlpro community live instruction 7/22 Lash Gurl Level Up Live on TikTok @ 8pm 7/26 So, You Want to be a Lash Gurl Webinar 8/10 Client Appreciation at One Life Gym ☺️ XOXO Desiree 💋 • • • #beginnerlashartist #entrepreneurship #lashbusiness #esthetician #estheticiansuccess

Entrepreneur and “Give Up” don’t go in the same sentence! College drop out. Grew up in a single parent home. Diagnosed with Lupus SLE. Obesity. Bootstrapping my business. I could go cry in a corner. Honestly, I did that for 3 years while operating @viore.spa the same way I felt… hopeless!!! I told one of my loyal clients today that I’ve been hearing “Do as I Say” so loud and clear in my head. Every business move. Every post. Every text I respond to and every phone call I take at this point HAS to move me in the direction of my wildest dreams. So yeah. It has to make sense. If you see the life you want so vividly and it starts with being a @lashgurlpro I need you on my free webinar 7/26 12p to 2p. I have work to do. My spot is already secured. And if you relate.. I can’t wait to see you on my “So, You want to be a Lash Gurl” webinar 🔥 Text LASHPRO to 855-518-0976 to get registered!!!! 6+ years in the industry and they still telling you this BS! I’m not judging because these were some of the same things I believed when I started. After servicing over 3000 women.. Everyone wants to lash faster… But speed isn’t something you chase, it’s something you earn. One of the biggest things that slows lash artists down is their pickup. If your pickup isn’t consistent, you’re constantly readjusting, dropping fans, wasting product, and breaking your flow. A clean pickup creates consistency. Consistency builds confidence. Confidence creates speed. If you’re tired of your sets taking 4–6 hours or wondering why lashing still feels difficult, my FREE “So You Want to Be a Lash Gurl?” Webinar on July 26 is where I’ll be helping you fix 3 of the biggest foundational skill mistakes you are making! You deserve training that helps you get READY… Ready for the clients. Ready for the challenges. Ready to create beautiful, safe lash sets. Ready to build a business you’re proud of. This is why reviews like this mean so much to me. My goal has never been to simply teach you how to apply lash extensions. My goal is to help you become the kind of lash artist who walks into the industry with skill, confidence, and a foundation that lasts. When my students say they feel prepared, that’s the real success. If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to start your lash journey, consider this your sign. Your future clients deserve an artist who was trained with intention. Lashing isn’t for you but all you did was lash a mannequin in class, when your instructor asked you how practicing went… the eye looked the same way it did days before 🫠 Lashing is sacred and one thing about it is… if you are negative, want to rush through techniques, and can’t stick with it for at least 60-90 days, Don’t even bother with it! The industry seems saturated because no one takes it serious anymore…. I’m a Licensed Esthetics Instructor with 1600+ students taught and I’m on a mission to change that, Lashing is a skill that has generated over 5 billion dollars in the beauty industry alone over the last few years And if you want your million… let’s work @lashgurlpro teaches the skills that helped me make six figures my first year as a full time lash artist ☺️ On Sunday July 26th I’m helping you get started with my So… YOU want to be a Lash Artist Webinar 12pm to 2pm My special guest and I are dropping fire and you need to be in this room.
