Why a daily meditation practice matters…

Your mental health isn’t just a priority …. it’s the foundation of everything.

When your mind is exhausted, your body follows.
You feel it as burnout, tension, low energy, even getting sick.

You can navigate a lot in life ….

a breakup, a job change, a physical injury…
But when your mind is overwhelmed and dysregulated, everything feels harder.

Burnout isn’t just being tired — it’s a dysregulated nervous system.

Meditation helps bring you back.
It calms the mind, regulates your body, and creates space to feel grounded again.

When your mind is supported, everything else flows.

Burnt out?
Pause. Breathe. Reset.

Want to learn how to regulate your nervous system properly?

DM to join my yoga class tonight for sunset🤍

Obsessed is an understatement… ‼️

This is your sign to stop filling in your brows every morning. A brow lamination can completely transform your face — lifting, shaping, and adding that soft fullness in all the right places.

Low maintenance, high impact. Exactly how we like it.

Limited appointments available — you know what to do 🤍

Things I wish someone told me when I first started lashing…
My lash non-negotiables now that I wish I knew from the very beginning.

When I first trained, I thought lashing was just about placing extensions on lashes.

But the longer I’ve been in this industry, the more I’ve realised that the little rules are what make the biggest difference.

The things that improve:
– retention
– symmetry
– lash health
– and overall set design.

These are the non-negotiables I follow in every single set I create.

Things like soft inner corners, respecting lash layers, choosing curls that actually support the base of the set, and designing sets to suit the client’s features instead of forcing the same style onto everyone.

Because great lashes shouldn’t be random.

They should be intentional.

And that’s exactly how I teach inside By Design: The Signature Wispy Set — understanding why we do things, not just copying a map and hoping for the best.

Save this for your next set if you’re a lash artist 👀

We closed the chapter of the 🐍
We chose the direction of the 🐎

From grounded, slow shedding…
to strong, steady momentum.

There’s something powerful about choosing your direction at sunrise.

Grateful for everyone who showed up, breathed deep, and moved with intention.

Same time and day next week
