Celebrating Mexican Independence Day & Hispanic Heritage Month 🇲🇽🤎

There was a time when not speaking fluent Spanish made me feel a little disconnected from a culture I’ve always been so proud of.

I’ve always been the kid that wanted to hear about all my grandparents stories.

Getting older, I want to know more. Ask more questions. Learn the stories. Keep the traditions that were passed down and intentionally reconnect with the ones that weren’t.

My grandparents were born in Mexico, and when I look at the life I have now, I think about the courage and sacrifices that had to happen generations before me for me to even have these opportunities. 🥹🤎🇲🇽🇺🇸

And I hope the way I live, raise my family and build what I’m building continues to honor the roots they gave me.

I may still be learning my history, but I will never stop being proud of it ❤️‍🔥

Started from scratch… now we’re here 💉✨

And when I say scratch, I mean SCRATCH 😂

No clientele. No big following. No line of people waiting to book with me.

Just a passion for aesthetics, a dream, a lotttt of hard work & honestly… a healthy amount of delusion that somehow I was going to make this work lol.

I’ve learned a lot along the way. I’ve trained, grown, questioned myself, kept showing up and slowly figured out what kind of injector I actually want to be.

And somewhere in all of that, this became so much more than just “doing Botox & filler” for me.

I genuinely love educating women about their face, their skin and what treatments are actually worth doing — even when my answer is you don’t need that.

So I’m kinda starting from scratch again.

The statistics say one thing about my life, but my daily reality says another. 🤍

When I look at myself on paper, I acknowledge the achievements. At 34, I am a Latina RN with my BSN. I own a medical spa that just crossed the 1.5-year mark in the most competitive market in the country (California). Ive also managed to acquire two properties before 28.

Statistically, that places me in a very small percentage of women of color in the US. But if you walk into my house at any time….Those numbers don’t matter.

What matters is my most important title: Mom.
My oldest son is autistic. He is part of the 1 in 31 children diagnosed with ASD. Right beside him is my energetic 1-year-old.

Living in these numbers means my days are a constant dance between speech therapy appointments, toddler milestones, clinical compliance, growing a business, continuing education & still working a full time corporate job.

Being the one in it, I don’t feel like a statistic. I just feel like a mom trying to give her babies the absolute world.

I’m sharing this because social media loves the highlights, but real community is built in the trenches. I want to use this space to connect with other women who are doing the impossible every single day.

To the autism moms, the toddler moms, the corporate/business moms, and the women fighting to build generational wealth—I see you. It is heavy, it is beautiful, and we don’t have to do it alone.
