QuokkWiz was an absolute blast. We’re proud to have raised over $5,000 for Passages Youth Engagement Hub Perth.

Thanks to all our amazing volunteers and to Josie & Janna for putting in the hard yards to get this thing off the ground. What a power duo.

A MASSIVE thank you to all the businesses around Freo who donated prizes for the event and raffle ⚡️ the value of all prizes added up to over $2100!!

And a special thank you to @angiecolmanmusic and @jess.humby for giving up their time for the cause

Grateful to the amazing @bigloaf_factorybakery who donated bread for our toasties and @fremantle_church who let us use their hall for free!

These are all of the incredible businesses who donated to our raffle and prizes. Go show these guys some love 💛

Happy weekend gig goers, here's what we've got 👇
Friday - Gear up for the Here Comes The Sun Festival at The River on Friday 24 April, for a massive pre-party presented by Rumpl & Hillzeez! Featuring red hot bands, DJs, giveaways and drink specials all night, your festival weekend in Margs just got even bigger at the home of live music in the South-West 🔥
Saturday - As the sun drops on the Margaret River Pro, Social Systems carries the energy into the night with an unofficial after party at The River! A curated lineup of DJs move through house, tech house and UKG, keeping things fluid, driving and late 🌊 💃
Sunday - Blackwood rising return with their blues sound, fingerpicking and some bottleneck slide, a mix of covers and originals and alternate tunings. These two have a finely balanced and nuanced relationship forged on a mutual love of music 🎸

❗️All tix in the @oztix link in our bio❗

These dudes @thescratchmusic destroyed @rosemount_hotel last night on the final show of their Australian tour with @lastquokka locked in to warm us up for the oncoming mayhem.

Folk/punk is one of the ways to describe the tunes but this is a band that doesn’t really fit a mold and that’s why they’re so good, think circle pits, heavy moshing and some added emotion of Irish folk.

These dudes have pulled myself out of hibernation to sit down for a chat before they smashed the shit out of us Perft people, will hopefully have this episode up sooner than later.

Thanks again lads!
🙏🏻.
