The night before my wedding was truly unforgettable. My girls took me out for an intimate dinner and gifted me a heartfelt book filled with letters from friends and cousins. I was overwhelmed by everyone's love; I couldn't help but cry despite my best efforts to hold back the tears. I am beyond thankful to my incredible friends for their time, dedication, and unwavering support during this special chapter of my life. Memories we've created will last a lifetime! Thank you, my beautiful ladies! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Our Glow & Grow women’s program still took place today despite not promoting as much as we wanted. Regardless, our hearts are full 🫶🏾 What a blessing it was to sit with incredible women, each carrying their own story, journey, battles, victories and lessons! When we come together not pretending we have it all together, but just being honest so we can grow, heal from the inside out and encourage one another. Today we touched on some beautiful and important conversations: TORI- Mental Health - From surviving to flourishing KRISSY-Spiritual Health- The Source, Our Lifeline REBECCA- Emotional Health- Identifying what we feel so we can heal and grow LAURYN&MIA- Physical Health/ Nutrition- Caring for the body that carries us through life Today reminded us that • We can pour into others only when we stay connected to our Source • Strength is allowing ourselves to be vulnerable • We often care for everyone else while neglecting ourselves • We are far more connected than we realise, and none of us are walking alone To every beautiful woman who came and shared from the heart, thank you. We were just as encouraged as we hoped to encourage others, and we know we all walked away learning a little more about ourselves too. God, you are so good! ❤️🙏
