one of my hits at my apartment cafe that i recently hosted 😋 so proud of this drink because i feel like hojicha has always been super underrated. black sesame hojicha has been one of my favorite combinations ever and i finally was able to do it justice☺️☺️ a while back, when i hosted my first ever cafe in school, i had similarly made this drink. it was nowhere near as developed as this and im so happy i got to master this 🤓 paste is important but it also is just so much more delicious when you grind the sesame seeds yourself vs. the premade ones ultimately the black sesame cold foam is what ties this drink together. the nuttiness from the black sesame seeps right into the hojicha and creates the perfect combination of flavors 😋 what i used — - 4g hojicha - 45g hot water (20g then 25g) - 15g agave - as much black sesame cold foam as your heart contents what recipe do you want to see next 💌 #recipe #drinks #hojicha #matcha #cafe
