Most mornings start like this for us.

Before the trucks, before the phone starts ringing, we’re at the gym. Our gym. TG Boxing is a nonprofit we built for the kids in the neighborhood, and it ended up being where the company gets its head right too.

Nobody’s forcing anybody to be here at 5. We just figured out a long time ago that the guys who show up here are the same guys who don’t lose it when a job goes sideways at 2. And in construction, something always goes sideways. You can’t out-muscle that. You can only stay calm and handle it.

That’s the culture. Discipline in the morning, clear head all day. It’s why the right people found us, and why they stayed.

Grateful for every one of these mornings.

Everybody wants to get paid. That’s real. But the guys who stuck around didn’t stay for a check. They stayed because they’re part of something.
That’s what we’re building. A team that looks out for the client, finishes what it starts, and owns it when we get something wrong. Because we do. Nobody’s perfect. You fix it and you keep going.
That’s the foundation. Everything else comes after.
