Ten years of lifting Latina voices and opening doors to leadership. I was proud to attend Latinas Lead California’s 10 Years of Impact celebration.

Since 2016, LLCA has supported more than 350 candidates across 26 counties. I am honored to be one of the 65 candidates endorsed this election cycle.

As San Gabriel’s first Latina councilwoman and mayor, I know how much representation matters. Congratulations on a decade of impact and continued investment in Latina leadership and California’s future.

Our Sisterhood is Powerful!

This past Sunday, October 18th, I had the incredible honor of spending the day surrounded by over a hundred extraordinary women at the Latina Leads 10th Anniversary event.

Looking out at a room full of proven leaders from across Southern California, representing every background, sector, and education level, was a deeply moving reminder of what happens when women come together to support and uplift one another.

Receiving the nonpartisan endorsement from Latina Leads means the absolute world to me, both as a candidate and personally as a woman. Having an organization of this caliber place their trust and faith in my campaign, my mission, and my vision for our community is deeply humbling.

This endorsement is a validation of my proven track record and over ten years of dedicated service to our community. Latina Leads believes in the real impact and difference we will make together, and their backing reinforces why we do this work every single day.

To every leader, sister, and supporter in that room: thank you for believing in me, for trusting my leadership, and for showing the true power of sisterhood. Together, we are leading with purpose!

A heartfelt thank-you to Dr. Molina for graciously hosting us in her beautiful home. 🌹

Incredibly proud and honored to receive the endorsement of Latinas Lead California!

I am incredibly proud and honored to receive the endorsement of Latinas Lead California!

As a Latina, a first-generation college graduate, and a lifelong advocate for educational access, this endorsement is especially meaningful.

Nearly 60% of Long Beach City College students identify as Latino or Hispanic. That number reminds us why representation in educational leadership matters and why we must continue opening doors for the next generation of leaders. I know firsthand the transformative power of education, and I want every student to see a future filled with possibilities.

Thank you, Latinas Lead California, for believing in my leadership and for your commitment to elevating Latina voices across California!

¡JUNTAS SOMOS PODEROSAS! PROUD TO BE ENDORSED BY LATINAS LEAD CALIFORNIA! 💗

On the last day of Latino Heritage Month, I’m incredibly proud to announce that our campaign for Fontana City Council, District 4, has been endorsed by Latinas Lead California!

Latinas Lead California is a trailblazing organization dedicated to increasing the number of Latinas in elected office and leadership positions. Through campaign support, mentorship, fundraising, and its Young Professionals Network, the organization is building a pipeline for the next generation of Latina leaders.

As a proud Chicana, daughter of Mexican immigrants, and mother, this endorsement means so much to me. I know what it means to grow up in a community where our families work hard, contribute so much, and deserve a seat at the table where decisions are made.

Latino Heritage Month is about more than celebrating our culture. It’s about recognizing our power, our contributions, and our responsibility to shape our future. That means opening doors for Latinas, supporting one another, and ensuring our voices are represented in the rooms where decisions are made.

When we vote for Latinas, we help create opportunities for more women to lead, bring our lived experiences to local government, and inspire the next generation to see themselves as leaders. Representation alone isn’t enough—we must turn that representation into meaningful results for our communities.

If elected, I will work to mentor and empower more Latina leaders, create opportunities for young women to engage in local government, and build partnerships that help our community thrive.

Thank you, Latinas Lead California, for investing in Latina leadership and believing in our campaign. ¡Por nosotras, por nuestras familias y por las generaciones que vienen! ❤️

It was May, and I knew I had a decision to make. Was I going to run for school board or sit this one out? Was I ready to challenge a 24-year incumbent, and could I build the support I’d need?

I didn’t know all the answers. But I knew I’d regret it if I didn’t try. I couldn’t sit back and watch families feel unheard and teachers be asked to do more with less. So I took the leap.

And here we are! I built this campaign, found my people, and we’ve got just 23 days left until Election Day on November 3. We’re not done yet, and I’m starting to think this might just be the beginning! 😜🗳️📣🇺🇸🍎

Happy Hump Day to all my entrepreneur friends! 🔥

Here’s your reminder: NO RISK, NO MAGIC.
We’re not always taught to take risks. We’re taught to play it safe, stay comfortable, and choose the easy route.
But entrepreneurship will teach you something very different.

Sometimes you have to bet on yourself before anyone else sees the vision. You have to make the call. Take the opportunity. Build the strategy. Pivot when necessary. And keep moving even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.

If you’re an entrepreneur, you’ve already taken one of the biggest risks of all:
You bet on YOU.
Now keep going.

As we prepare for Q4 and Q1 2027, I’m opening my calendar for consulting projects, business strategy, community partnerships, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
If you’re building something and need an experienced business mind in your corner, let’s connect.
