Hey, Hi, How are you! Some may say that balance doesn’t exist but I believe it does exist! Creating balance and harmony in your life exists when you define what that looks like in your own life. For me it’s taking time to find “ME” in everything I do! It’s also resetting from within and giving my soul a refresh! I am working on being intentional about “ME” my time, my body, my needs, so I set my intentions today for a Soul Refresh Sunday. It went like this: Slept 🛌 in, Somatic 🧘‍♀️, Oil 🛁, Lymphatic 💆‍♀️, skincare routine, sun gazing ☀️, 🍃 grounding, and easy reading 📖 . Before you can tackle the week and show up your best you need to refresh your soul, your “interior” self needs to be balanced to create harmony in all areas of your life. I design interior “physical dwellings” spaces for people to improve their wellbeing, to feel and function better but, I also teach people how to recognize the connection and correlation with your interior self and your interior spaces. If people understood that “interior design” is also about redesigning and making your mind, body, soul, life, and spaces beautiful! This world would be better! 😍 How’s your Sunday, does your Soul need a refresh today? If so, what are you doing today to reset? 👇🏾

Thank you SO MUCH @llcoolj for taking the time out your schedule to bless your oldest living fan (110 years young) with a message/call to express your gratitude. She’d been saying since her last birthday how she wanted an opportunity to tell you how much of a fan of NCIS:LA she is, and now you know!! Thanks to @justinbua as well for your efforts in this situation bro🤜🏾🤛🏾

“And the second is this: ‘You must love your neighbor in the same way you love yourself.’ You will never find a greater commandment than these.” - Mark‬ ‭12:31‬ ‭TPT‬‬

First: LOVE myself better
Second: LOVE the World! (In this case, it’s my little sis who just happened to turn FABULOUS 40 last week!
