WHAT A DAY. WHAT A COMMUNITY. 💙

Type One Fall Fest was a success because of YOU!

The music, the laughter, the dunk tank, the familiar faces – and the new friends. You brought the energy and generosity that made this day so special.

A heartfelt thank-you to our presenting sponsor, Global Vision Advisors, and to every sponsor, donor, volunteer, performer, and guest who helped bring it all together. We’re grateful to have you standing with us.

Together, we celebrated community while supporting Type One Cares™ and our work to help individuals and families affected by type 1 diabetes.

Missed the festivities? You can still be part of the impact. Help us keep that support going:

WHAT IS BOWEN THERAPY? 💙

Bowen Therapy is a gentle form of hands-on bodywork that uses light, precise rolling movements of the fingers and thumbs over muscles, tendons, and connective tissue. Short pauses between each series of movements give the body time to rest and respond.

People often seek Bowen Therapy to help ease muscle tension and discomfort, support mobility, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.

Holly Lynn Halloran welcomes clients of many ages and activity levels to her private Inspire Wellness & Body studio inside Type One Fitness, where she offers Bowen Therapy, Reflexology, and Reiki.

Happy 38th Birthday to Heather! 🎉💙

Heather brings strength, energy, authenticity, and heart to everything she does. As a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, she challenges people to believe in themselves, work hard, and discover just how capable they truly are.

But Heather is so much more than an incredible fitness professional. She is a valued member of our team, a trusted friend, and an important part of what makes the Type One Fitness community so special.

Heather, we’re grateful for the passion, personality, and genuine care you bring through our doors. We hope your birthday is every bit as awesome as you are!

Some moments stay with you because they remind you what community really means.

Today, we came together at Type One Fitness to honor our friend, member, and longtime training client, Jim MacDonald, as he battles ALS. What started as an Ice Bucket Challenge became something much more meaningful – a gathering of friends, members, families, and supporters standing together for someone who means so much to our community.

Type One has always been about more than workouts, equipment, or programs. It is about knowing the people around you, celebrating their victories, supporting them through difficult seasons, and showing up when it matters most.

Today, our community showed up for Jim.

We laughed, we cheered, we got soaked, and most importantly, we reminded Jim and his family that they are surrounded by people who care deeply about them.

These are the moments that define a community, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who was part of this one.
