🌈🌿 THE FOOD THAT NOURISHED US 🌿🌈

Food was such a beautiful and important part of our Sacred Health Retreat in Bali.

Throughout the week, we celebrated the colours of the rainbow — reflecting the colours of the chakras and our connection between nourishment, energy, balance and vitality. 🌈✨

Everything was 100% plant-based, vegan, gluten-free and centred around whole foods, with plenty of delicious raw food woven throughout.

Freshly squeezed juices… 🍊🥭
Colourful smoothie bowls… 🥥🍓
Abundant salads… 🥑🌿
Raw vegan cakes… 🍰✨
Fresh tropical fruits… 🌴
And, of course, that incredible jungle chocolate! 🍫🌿

Every meal was prepared with love, colour and intention — nourishing the body while bringing everyone together around the table.

And so much of the magic created by the chefs @poincianaresortbali 💚

Beautiful food.
Beautiful colours.
Beautiful energy.
Beautiful nourishment. 🌈🌿✨

Food that nourished the body, lifted the spirit and brought us together. 💛

🌺 SACRED HEALTH RETREATS — OUR FINAL MORNING 🌺
✨ Floating into our final morning in Bali…

Our last morning at the beautiful Poinciana Seaside Resort & Spa was spent exactly where we wanted to be — in the pool, soaking up the Bali sunshine and enjoying a beautiful floating breakfast. 🥭🍉🌴

Good food, beautiful surroundings, laughter, connection and that feeling of “I don’t want this to end.” 💛

It was the perfect, peaceful way to begin our final day together.

And then there was the FOOD… 😍🌺

✨ Our Bali food journey deserves a post of its own — coming next! ✨

🎂💃✨ And then… we danced!

And of course, no birthday celebration would be complete without cake, dancing and plenty of laughter! 🎂🥳

We sang, we celebrated, we danced, we laughed — and made the most of our final night together in Bali. 💛

So many beautiful memories.
So much joy.
So much gratitude.

What a way to end an unforgettable retreat! 🌺✨

Three years ago, we gathered in sacred circles at PlayFest Retreat, guided to disconnect from the noise of the Mind, connect back to Now, and release whatever we no longer needed to carry.

For a sacred moment in time, we were friends, family, and one beautiful tribe, united by the power of presence and the wisdom of the Now. What an extraordinary journey it was.

ÕĒÕ! Do you remember? My heart is filled with gratitude for this precious memory and for the souls who shared it with me.

Though our paths may now unfold at different rhythms, distances, and directions, we remain connected by an invisible and powerful divine thread. Some connections transcend time, place, and circumstance.

Deep gratitude to @divyagordonfilm and @pedro_ribeiro_photography for the beautiful video excerpt and photograph taken at @playfest.retreat always carry this memory with love.

Disclaimer: If you would like to be untagged, please send me a DM and we will gladly work it out.

At our coming event, the space will be transformed into a Ceremony Level 01 , a sacred and safe environment where you will be led in the meditative movements of “Sacred Linguistic Dance". This experience will allow you to release anything you do not longer need and simply be, while expressing yourself freely.

Attend an evening of dance, sound, and expression. This event is intended for fun, and self-reflection.

🌺 SACRED HEALTH RETREATS — DAY SIX | PART TWO 🌺
✨ Getting Ready to Celebrate

And then… it was time to get ready for our final night together! 💛✨

After six beautiful days of movement, nourishment, learning, laughter, connection and transformation, there was a wonderful sense of excitement in the air.

Tonight was going to be a celebration — and we had a very special reason to celebrate…

🎂 Don Tolman’s 80th Early birthday celebration ! 🎂

And there was one very special request for the evening…

💛 WEAR YELLOW! 💛

Yellow is such a beautiful colour to finish our retreat with.

It represents sunshine, joy, vitality, optimism and light, and is traditionally associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra — the energy centre connected with confidence, personal power and inner radiance. ✨

And as everyone started arriving, dressed in beautiful shades of yellow, the whole room seemed to light up.

💛 Yellow dresses.
💛 Yellow shirts.
💛 Yellow flowers.
💛 Big smiles.

Before dinner, we gathered together at the bar for pre-dinner drinks, laughter, photographs and plenty of excitement about the evening ahead.

There was something so special about seeing everyone together — dressed in sunshine and celebrating the incredible journey we’d shared.

Six days ago, we had arrived as individuals.

Tonight, we were a beautiful community.

And the party hadn’t even started yet… 🥂✨

🎂 Next up — the birthday celebration, speeches, cake, dancing and some very special memories from our final night in Bali.

Stay tuned… 💛🌺
