Incredible Saturday this past weekend teaching a private sesh for @laugsliving as she enters a new chapter in her career! 🩵✨

The venue was gorgeous, the vibes were off the charts, and the people were so incredibly kind and welcoming! Always so grateful and happy to share in special moments and meet new people in my community. 🤗

Nicaragua was never about the destination for us. It was about sharing a place that feels like home.

In 2018, Sara went to Playa Maderas as a solo traveler and knew she had to return. When the opportunity came to host our very first retreat, Sam and Sara went to Maderas to scope it out . Spoiler - it was an immediate YES! Over the past 4 years we’ve built friendships, community, and experiences that make Playa Maderas feel like home. And every year we can’t wait to go back.

Every person we’ve brought to Maderas raves about their experience - and some even come back! That’s how we know what we’ve built can’t be replicated. We’re so excited to announce our return to Nicaragua in February 2027. The place where it all started. DM us to join the waitlist.

there is nothing quite like moving your body in a new place with good people

a week in Nicaragua with @wearealchemycollective — running the beach with @nikkilacorredora @samtrioli @runbrendarun & @abs.soul.lut.ly, sweating through hiit and boxing with @trainwithmon, surfing with @movinwithmad & @wave.cravers , sunset yoga flow with @sara.hoenes. the days were full and I loved every second. 🏋️‍♀️🏄‍♀️🧘‍♀️

running will always be my most natural form of movement and triathlon training will always be special to me — but this trip reminded me how fun it is to explore movement. surfing, boxing, yoga — it’s all medicine. ✨

I left feeling more grounded, grateful, and aligned than ever. there’s something about sweating alongside people that creates a bond like nothing else. so grateful for these amazing people and this week 🌊🌴 it was such a special way to ring in my 30th birthday 🌞

🌞 We can still feel the sun on our faces and sand between our toes from our most recent trip down to Nicaragua ✨ It was so much fun we’ll just have to go back! 😉

We could get used to this. ☀

Between morning runs along the ocean and cold plunges with a coconut in hand, we’re not sure there’s a better way to start the day.

You think you just need the next strategy / tool for time management,

But you actually need to address the part of you that is trying to do EVERYTHING at once,

The voice in your head that isn’t willing to place a single thing down to make REAL progress on the few things that matter most, in THIS season of life 🤍

Maybe you’re not ever sure what matters MOST right now.

We first must realized that we often have to (temporarily) place a few things down, to build one thing WELL.

The path to momentum isn’t about doing MORE, but eliminating those things that are weighing you down and keeping you stuck in place.

There IS a version of your own personal momentum that is SUSTAINABLE and inspired,

And I can’t wait for you to experience how magical it is.

Often my clients end up working less and experiencing MORE success because it was never about doing more, but always about figuring out what needed to be released for them to truly launch and experience their full potential.

🥂If this resonates with you and you’re ready to streamline your life and reach your goals in record time, I got you. DM me MOMENTUM and we’ll set up a complimentary consultation session for you to learn more about my Design Your Life coaching program🥂

P.s. If you’re reading this, this page is for YOU. I’m excited to support you on your journey.
