POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Well, this is pretty exciting! 🥹🏆

I’m incredibly honored (and honestly a little overwhelmed!) to be nominated for Triangle Real Producers’ Real Producer of the Year - the biggest award category of the year!

To even be considered alongside so many incredible agents means the world to me. 🧡

If you’ve ever…

☑️ Enjoyed my content or followed along on my journey
☑️ Worked with me as an industry partner
☑️ Felt I’ve made a positive impact on your real estate journey
☑️ Shared a transaction with me and had a great experience

…I would be SO grateful for your vote! 🫶

📲 Scan the QR code or click the link in my bio to vote!

Voting is open to NC real estate licensees and TRP Preferred Partners only. One vote per person.

Win or lose, I’m just grateful to be in the conversation. Thank you for being part of my journey! 🧡

📚 Appraisal education? YES PLEASE. Because knowing the Market is one thing… knowing HOW an Appraiser sees it is a whole different level of knowledge. 🤯

Shout out to @choice_residential for hosting a terrific training today:

“Behind the Adjustment. A session dedicated to understanding appraisals and their adjustments straight from a Licensed NC Appraiser.”

And a BIG shout out to the rock star & strategic partner of mine, @kbappraisal who gave me these take-a-ways today.

AKA: “Katie-isms” 😅

✨ Work off of what the Market is paying for

✨ If you can turn it upside down & shake it, it doesn’t hold value

✨ Cost does not equal value

✨ Tax records and Zillow are not king & queen

What about when a home has solar panels? An electric car charger? A pool? As a top-producing Realtor, I’m always sharpening the toolbox because when it comes to pricing, negotiating & advocating for my Clients, “I think” isn’t a strategy. Knowing the Market is. 🏡💥

Keep learning. Keep negotiating. Keep knowing the numbers. Got questions? I got you!

And Katie? Keep dropping those Katie-isms. 😎

2,100+ meals packaged. ❤️🌎
10 children fed for an entire school year. 🍚✨
Over $900 raised for families facing food insecurity plus additional support contributed to Rise Against Hunger’s Community Empowerment Fund.

THIS is what Red Day is all about. ❤️

Today, our team traded contracts and closings for hairnets and meal stations as we came together to make a real impact beyond real estate. And honestly? We had the BEST time doing it.

So proud of this group for showing up, serving together, laughing together, and helping create change that reaches far beyond our local community. 🫶

A few hours of teamwork can truly change lives. 🌍❤️

What a fabulous time we had yesterday with my friend, Maya Vander (from Selling Sunset) visiting! We hosted a lunch with Q&A session and photo opportunity. I then got to show Maya around my favorite stomping ground, North Hills. We followed this with a Kate Kenney Team event at Level7 for friends and clients. Maya and I topped off the evening at Capital Grille. It was a long day for her flying in for 24 hours from Miami and she was as gracious and warm to every single person she met from start to finish. Maya is in our Compass Miami office and sells throughout that area. #sellingsunset #thekatekenneyteam #thisiscompass.

🥂 Going through some old footage and of course had to post this throwback from our first ever Agent Mixer event! We can’t believe this was almost two years ago.

Should we plan another one soon? 🤔

Big energy and even bigger ideas at @rebarcamprdu real estate unconference 🔥

I had the opportunity to DJ and help set the vibe at the McKimmon Center—but what made this event stand out was being part of the conversations too.

This wasn’t your typical conference. It was real collaboration. Real talk. Real strategies.
Agents, brokers, and industry pros coming together to share what’s working right now in today’s market.

From marketing ideas to client experience and lead generation, the brainstorming sessions were packed with value—and it was great to contribute, learn, and connect at a high level.

Grateful to be part of a community that’s focused on growing, adapting, and staying ahead 💯

And of course… we kept the energy right all day 🎧

Acts of Kindness is a love language for me, so finding ways to bring others joy really fills my cup! This past Saturday, I brought together a group of fabulous ladies who I get to call friends to celebrate and uplift and love on them! These women have supported my business, my family and our community in so many ways over the years!

We made charm jewelry, ate yummy food, and sipped on signature cocktails while chatting about life, books, and hobbies. With all the recent events happening in our world and community, I am thankful to have had this time to laugh with and hug each of them! If you missed out on this one and want to hang with me next time, let me know!

I could not have done this event without the help of my amazing sponsors and vendor partners!
