"Work hard, nobody cares." @samgolong
The best quote of the year! That's what this sport takes, hard work and consistency.👊💥 There is no easy way.

Although I do care about my athelete's and setting them up for their best performance on raceday! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Our athletes truly showed us what GRIT meant this weekend!

Sheryl @snoflwer fought hard in the heat at @ironmantri Coeur d’Alene and heard @ironmanvoice call her name!

Laura @riclaura2018 showed us how darn strong she is at IM 70.3 Steehead! We can’t wait to see her crush IM Sacramento! 💪🏼

Britt @britt_kalso fought the wind and a bike mechanical, at IM 70.3 Steelhead, but continued on and crossed that finished line! She’s ready for a redemption… 😉

Rachel also fought hard to get to that finish line of IM 70.3 Steelhead. She learned what it felt like to lift her pace in the back half of the run and is ready to do it again @ironmantri Ohio 70.3!

“Grit is a personality trait possessed by individuals who demonstrate passion and perseverance toward a goal despite being confronted by significant obstacles and distractions.”

Proud and it was so incredible to watch from the race course! 👏🏻-Billy

Train on friends, we have a full season of racing here!!!
