🏝️Slack Time ~ Day 4 🤯 How can it be a whole week since we were spending the day at @malamalabeachclub !!!! 🌴This is how we deepen the convos, build the relationships, have the one-on-ones and make room for reflection in Fiji. This “rest and digest” time allows the crew to have that all important down time. 🥂This year we hit the shores of Malamala island. We rested, reset, ate delicious food and shared a cocktail (or two 🍹). 🎤Yes, we sung to Enrique Iglesias… why? It just wouldn’t be Slack Time without it IYKYK 💫 We would like to thank all of the amazing clients that joined us for this year’s offering. Every single one came ready to be open, challenged, supported and celebrated. We are so privileged to work amongst such shooting stars. 🏝️So whats next?! Watch this space 👀

🏝️Slack Time 2026 ~ Day 3 💫A focus on wealth creation, business health and strengths profiling. 🧠 More perspective shifting activities with @alecoote … how do you draw a penguin on a surfboard without knowing that’s what you’re drawing 🤷‍♀️ 🧑‍🔧 @jasontopp_nz did a deep dive into the drivers of business and the pathways to wealth creation. Plus and athlete audit… are training too much or just enough? 🏃‍♂️ 🥂Day 3 ended with a celebration dinner, rounding out a couple of days of epic learning and growth.

🏝️Slack Time 2026 ~ Day 2 And our first session in the “classroom”. ⏳This year’s learning intentions were set to engage deep reflection on the meaning of wealth, life, self and everything between. 〰️Day one set our baseline. ✍️Our Slack Timers assessed their current state of play… where is your business at right now (where is your life at too… right!?). Deep conversations in pairs allowed alternative perspectives to bend our thinking. ⛳️Next we moved into future thinking ~ succession strategy ~ with a key focus on optionality. We defined wealth and dug deep into personal KPI’s… for Jase it’s all about his golf handicap IYKYK. What are the trade-offs that need to be considered when chasing business success? 🧠 @alecoote unpacked neuron’s communication, strategies for self belief and thought reframing. Countless “ah-ha!” moments, as there always is under Aleisha’s expert guidance. 💌 A final inspiring personal anecdote from Jase rounded out our ‘classroom’ session for the day. 🍹Our 2026 alumni were sent off for a free afternoon/evening… this lasted about 2 hours before the magic of Slack Time pulled the crew together to continue deep level discussions and networking. 🌅Lasting memories and friendships with a cocktail in hand while the sun sets over Fiji… Moments That Matter 💫 Look out for our day 3 round up tomorrow!

🏝️SLACK TIME 2026 ~ Day One ✈️Hard to believe it was a week ago (already!!!) that we stepped onto a plane & headed to our fav spot for working ON business, not IN business. #fiji @radissonbluresortfiji 🤝This year saw a 50/50 split of OG Slack Timers and fresh faces - an epic group of hard working biz owners that immediately clicked to form our 2026 Slack Time Whānau. 🥂Our first day back in paradise was a time to reconnect… and forge new connections. Drinks and nibbles by the waterfall offered space to let the Slack Time magic begin. 💌A stack of pink envelopes with curated truths and lies about each member of our entourage laid the foundation for an evening of fast forming comradery. 🤔 Running marathons, swimming with crocs, auditioning for the circus, dreaming of being a train driver, prison time and Westlife concerts 🤣 You name it, we’ve done it… or have we???? 🔥It was clear to see our time together over the next few days was going to hold firm the special flame passed on from our previous Slack Time years. 💫 Bring on a day two review ~ our first day in the learning space with @jasontopp_nz and @alecoote at the helm.

A few snaps from the Polaroid. 📸 This had maybe the only photo of just Max and I from our party 😅😄 I’m so glad I got one that is both a Polaroid camera and printer so it saves all the photos and I can print them at a later time. I can also print any photos from my phone.
