🪡 I'm trying to be braver in 2024! To put a picture of me on here and talk about myself is hard, as I'm a naturally shy person🫣 Thank you to my talented friend @mattvealphotography for making me look ok😂 here goes...

🪡 I live and breathe vintage clothes and fabrics and have done for the last 25 years.

🪡 From my Dorset studio, I design and make everything from vintage and repurposed textiles favouring natural fabrics, cotton, lace, linen and silk.

🪡 I love the seventies!

🪡 Dreamy block printed cottons excite me.

🪡 I rarely use patterns, I love to drape on the mannequin and see where the fabric leads me.

🪡 I started Re-Bourne in 2022, a community skill sharing workshop encouraging individuals to repair, rewear and reinvent the clothes in their wardrobes. I have loved meeting lots of creative people locally.

🪡 I lived in London for 15 years but now live by the sea with my partner and 2 children aged 7 and 13 (and a Gecko!).

🪡 Sewing, car boot sales, country walks, yoga and sea swimming make me happy.
