HIGHLIGHTS @dartmouthfoodfestival over the weekend! My cookery demo, a fabulous audience, meeting my inspirations and industry icons, being supported by friends and well wishers, being part of the local community, making new friends, and feeling the utmost respect and thankfulness towards the team behind the festival!

My very first cookbook signing ✍️ for No Worries Just Chicken Curries and it was a fabulous feeling! I had the BEST audience who showered so much love and engagement during my debut Dartmouth demo so thank you to all who came and watched me! 🥰

Couldn’t have been more chuffed to see Matt Tebbutt @matt.tebbutt demo right before my eyes and my cookery demo! He is a force by himself 😊 thoroughly entertaining and so talented!
Can’t thank the cookery theatre team enough @janetbrinkworth and the wonderful volunteers Helen, Anna, Denise… @ginacharlottecarter you out did yourself as a fabulous compere at my show and during the festival. Can’t thank @laurac_mtmi for being by my side since I made Dartmouth a home. You are a rockstar! @samuelfradley96 Sam, thank you for taking all those wonderful photos! The socials have been coming in and a big thank you to the social media team for tagging us and sharing our excursions during the festival!

It was lovely to see @tvsandyclarke @urvashiroe @charlottepikefood @felicitycloake (get her beautiful book with a handwritten note)!

I even got to shake hands with @chefrickstein on the street!

What else can a girl ask for in Dartmouth!

What’s your favourite type of food?
.
.
A big thank you to my cousin and her husband for this beautiful cookbook from Elly Wentworth, Executive Chef at The Angel of Dartmouth (just around the corner from me). I’ve never tried cooking this type of food (presented in this way) before, so I’m excited to give it a go.
Elly is a former Masterchef finalist and winner of the South West Chef of the Year competition, twice! She’s also currently on maternity leave, so I’d to wish her all the best.🤗

I don’t have loads of signed books, but this is a new favourite.

Are you a collector of signed books?
How many do you have?

Today is the big day the Mayflower ship arrived into Bayard’s Cove. This amazing piece of pottery has been gifted to us from some wonderful customers to wish us luck on our new voyage... and we ❤️ it!
