•Meet Author Laura Larson•

Laura Larson is an Elementary school counselor and teaches kids mindfulness and emotional regulation strategies on a daily basis.

Her passion for these things mixed with her love of the outdoors led her to create some mindfulness focused children’s books for children to explore the power within themselves to find calm and peace.

In addition to this, she has created a mindfulness intention and reflection journal for teens and adults to create an awareness and growth within them on a daily basis.

Laura will be reading her books at 1:00 and 2:30pm
