Scotland. A return home to your beauty was everything I could have hoped for and more <3

The gratitude and pride I feel is BIG on reflection of this retreat and I thank every individual for showing up with respect for themselves and each other and truly being there. What we did was simple; we moved, we breathed, we were still, we listened, we slowed down, we fed our body delicious food and we rested. Sometimes the simplicity of a beautiful life is so deeply hidden amongst the stories we tell ourselves and the 'normal 9-5 working pace' that we forget how much is already here within our body and all we need is a day or two (or less) to return to where we always were; We Are Here. Now.

Thank you Thank You Thank YOU to all who joined and of course Phoebe @apothecaryofearthlydelights who cooked up the most delicious and beautiful food.
Whilst there was yoga asana, we also walked, we puzzled, we napped, we gazed at the clearest of skies full of stars and we saw the joy in the ordinary within every lamb.

My overall intention for the entire weekend was to welcome ourselves home by being in the world as a human body. That was it. I plan to return to Craigengar every year, maybe twice if there's a calling, so let me know if you'd like to be a part of the next ‘Welcome Home’ offering and you'll be the first to hear about the return of this retreat as it arises.
