Last Night…. I won. ❤️

I’m still trying to take it all in…

Last night, I had the honour of representing Network Ireland Tipperary at the Network Ireland National Awards in the Solo Businesswoman of the Year category, and I came home with a win!
I am absolutely thrilled, proud and incredibly grateful.
To stand in a room surrounded by so many talented, hardworking and inspiring women was an honour in itself. Every woman there has worked so hard to build her business, and I feel privileged to be among them.
Thank you to the judges-thank you for listing to my business story, personal story and I made a lasting impression. Honoured.
Thank you to @networkirelandtipperary for believing in me and supporting me throughout this journey.
To my husband, my children and my family, thank you for always standing behind me. Every late night, busy season and big dream is made possible by your love and support.
It takes an army, and I am truly grateful for mine.

Such a beautiful day yesterday for the @networkirelandtipperary ladies to join other @networkireland branches to celebrate #iwd2026 in Limerick in the beautiful strand hotel.

It was a lovely day to be enjoyed by like minded business ladies, to connect and empower and build new relationships.
A day away from work to appreciate all that we have achieved and recognise the amazing work we as women do every single day. Every lady with her own why?
Our charity partners were @down_syndrome_limerick Annie spoke so confidently amongst her peers and was so inspirational plenty tears around the room which she also filled with joy. Her friends supported her beautifully.

Highlights were the beautiful enterance music and @operaworkshoplimerick for music.
The fireside chats and group sessions, honestly inspired by where and why our journeys happen.

Why do you really want your content to go viral? 🤔

Don’t beat yourself up if you’ve spent time creating content that didn’t “blow up.”

Virality isn’t the benchmark of good content.

Yes going viral can be brilliant. It can boost reach, increase engagement and bring new clients or customers your way.

Buttt it’s not always what it’s cracked up to be…

Virality often puts your content in front of people you never intended to reach. Many won’t engage meaningfully, and some will add noise rather than value.

Instead, focus on the followers who consistently support you, engage with your content and actually convert.

That’s far more valuable than dealing with bots, trolls and keyboard warriors battling it out in your comments 😂
